I wouldnt get it I dont want to get a code and it doesnt work I dont like it

It says I need a access code and when I click on the link to get one it talks about a totally diff Thing Doesnt work

When I open the ap it says I need to go to the Purina website for a code and provides a link When I go to their website I search everywhere and see nothing about a code or their ap I am a medical professional and this has backfired for Purina I will no longer buy or recommend their products What code A ploy
