Its flat out annoying Even though Im logged in something which others seem to be unable to do It still insists on having me log in to make a shopping list Much less functionality compared to other supermarket apps see Wegmans     Might be a great app if it worked

Just as others have written the app does not connect at all Nice looking opening screen followed by an error and nothing but a white screen     Broken

Its not helpful when the weekly circular wont load and it really pisses me off when I get to the store only to see that my list wont load Ill go back to the old fashion paper circular and writing my list down     Please fix

I can deal with having to log in EVERYSTINKINGTIME What I cant stand is not being able to open any of the categories in the weekly circular How the heck can I make a list It also doesnt show past purchases What a waste Seriously either fire ur inhouse tech group or the consultant who developed this worthless product        Flease fix

It crashes on launch and has been happening for over a month You have not fixed it and it has now been deleted Your app is as good as your store     Terrible

Hey Giant your app needs help I was trying to find out whats on sale so after deleting your app I decided to reinstall it Well nothing has changed it is still annoying to use I wanted to start off by making a list So I started with trying to add a staplewhite bread Well it was impossible When I shop I buy Giant white round top bread I could not find it after about 56 different searches You would think if you type in bread your own product would show first as a good marketing strategy Well nope not here Since I couldnt find their bread I gave up No sense in torturing myself with trying to add something as challenging as cheese Also when searching their weekly circular which by the way the bread showed up there LOL you can see the price but geez how about an add to list button Come on Giant who is doing your programming Get a real shopper to give you feedback My main concern with Giant though these days is the low quality produce they sell My 5lb bag of potatoes was whittled down to like 3lbs by the time I cut off all the rotten brown spots mold and cuts Not to mention they are app get after less than a week in my veggie drawer That tells me poor quality Stop buying crap Giant And one more thing all these Giants are confusing Giant Stores Giant Food Giant PAmake it easier on us to find a store when you google     Needs to be FIXED

I dont know what happened but for the last couple of weeks I cant open app You would think they would test a app update before they release it but not with this one With so much competition out there you should put out a great app or even a good one that works Very disappointed with Giant app developers     This app is crap

For the past few weeks whenever I open the app it tells me that it cannot connect and that I should check my internet connection Every other app works on my wifi or LTE so its this app thats bad I suspect that their whole system is bad I tried to get gas last week and my card didnt register any discounts even though I had 40 off a gallon credited to me in the store Better shape up Giant     Doesnt work

I removed this app from my phone because every single time I try to use it I get prompted for a username and passwordwhile Im in the grocery store checkout lane Not very convenient and a huge pain     Password login

95 of the features in this app do not work I tried viewing the weekly circular and only about 3 of the categories would load Giant is my closest and preferred grocery store but this app lacks in every category     Love the store HATE the app

Update hello Giant Give some kid 500 to write an app for you that does these basic things All I want to do are see any digital coupons and add them to my Bonuscardor even better just add the coupons to my Bonuscard automatically and email me what they are so I never have to deal with your horrible app or website again Seeing the weekly specials would be a bonus but is not required The latest is the constant Error 503 so I can never at least the past few weeks maybe months open the app on my iPhone 5 with uptodate iOS It opens on my iPad Air 2 but I dont have my iPad with me when Im driving past your store on my way to one that doesnt annoy me so much Original review App does not work no response from customer service in over a week It wont let me fully set up my account even though Ive had an online account for years and used it The website itself is broken Please fix Ive missed out on a ton of bonuscard offers this broken app is costing me money     App does not work review updated many monthsyear later

This app has not worked for months Constantly says it cannot find my internet connection Even when it did work it was archaic and a hassle to use had to flip between creating a list and looking at specials by no means convenient Get it together Giant you are losing customers even Weis has a great user friendly app     Horrible

It asked if it could locate a store for methere are 3 Giant Food stores with in a mile or two of my home It could locate NONE of them even when I tapped in a store number or partial address However the funniest part was viewing the unavailable stores in Satellite mode I recognize the cross walk I was in earlier today lol This app is currently a waste of space on the phone as is the companion app Scan It The map is nifty but google Earth is more fun     Highly amusing

Just dled this app today and tried to use the Bonus Card feature but the scanner wouldnt read it I doubt that this app has much use Wish it would tell me when my prescription was in     Bonus CardNot

This app is worthless It doesnt let you register as a new user It gets stuck on the location page and says there are no stores nearby I have 2 giant stores within 2 miles of where I live Immediately deleted     Garbage

If you feel the need to grab a sledge hammer and smash your phone into a thousand bits then the giant app is for you It works 0001 of the time If you are in the giant store using the app when you remove an item from your list it magically reappears at some point Or you may need to call your husband and ask him to send you a pic of your grocery list because you cant access it while in the giant store Super fun awaits you     Hmmmm

First time launching the app since downloading it Unable to find a store I enter in my zip code and it says no stores are in my are when I live 1 mile away from one Weekly ad wont load and interface is terrible Didnt hesitate on deleting the app     Really

Worked intermittently at first and was at least good for taking your shopping list to the store But many of the features have never worked including anything loaded to your card ability to view past purchases remember me you have to log in EVERY time Lately its so bad that it just throws errors crashes says uh oh or asks you to log back in or try again later     Rarely works Very frustrating

Just installed and tested all of the features on my iPhone 6 works as expected Convenient to not have to find my bonus card and all the information available on my phone              Its fixed

I rarely write app reviews but this is so bad I have to write this one We lived in Dc area for 43 years and since we are visiting here for 1 day I wanted to find a product only available in giant stores Forget it I couldnt even locate the closest store on your app which is 5 Miles away and you cant do anything else without locating the store I didnt read the reviews before I downloaded the app or I wouldnt have wasted my time on this     YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING

I am not getting the discounts for the store brand items that I load to my card The national brands are being deducted Ill see what happens when I go to Customer Service in the store to get the reduced price           Not applying discount for loaded store brand items

I ran into giant last night to get a Birthday Cake for a co worker and needed writing on it the young man behind the counter was leaving as i was picking out a cake He very pleasantly asked me if i needed help and wrote on the cake for me even though he was finished and leaving I dont remember his full name but he said call him Q Very nice guy Giant Aston PA                 Bakery employee

I dont write reviews but felt the need to make potential users aware of how poor this app really is I am a mom a wife a couponer and someone who likes to make things easier for myself This app sure sounded good It had such potential But then I downloaded it Two thumbs down It wouldnt find the store closest to me by city or zip and its 2 miles from my house and the location finder doesnt work either Heck it cant Find ANY Giant stores in my entire state If you want to see and use a really good grocery store app take a look at Shop Rites Electronic coupons downloaded to your store card card online for scanning current and preview of next weeks circulars create a shopping list while you scan thru the circular that you can actually check off as you shop store services and sooooo much more I thought this Giant app was going to be the same but since I cant even get started by locating my store or circular Im deleting the app not even 5 minutes after downloading it Cmon Giant Get with the program and give us what you promise in your app description     Two thumbs DOWN

Ive been trying to get this app to work for weeks When trying to choose my preferred store it tells there are none located nearby which is amusing because Im actually SITTING IN THE PARKING LOT     Gahbage

Theres just about nothing right with this app Even the logo and icon arent even Giant Foods logo With Target and Safeway doing such a good job with their apps youd think Giant would be right in there with a competitive app product Not so This app couldnt locate any one of three stores near me It wouldnt recognize my members card and customer service button gives phone numbers only and no email connection Im deleting this ASAP and heading out to Safeway     Wow What a terrible app

This site is terrible Member 1 day and deleting First too many sign ins Just wanted to do a grocery list No need to see what I want to rember to buy 1st worked awkwardly but got it 12 hour later tried to add to the list and no matter what or how I entered it either my password or email was wrong Nonsense Paper and pencil r fine I may be nearing elderly but I did not forget my ifs in 12 hour Gone     Sorry I did not ck reviews

I tried the app regardless of the bad reviews It seems to work well for me I did not have to login and was able to expand each category to see the sale items I would recommend the app to friends and family              Tried regardless of bad reviews

Doesnt work at all It wont save items that were added nor does it let you add multiple items that need purchased It cancels actions and then freezes Better off using paper and pencil lists     Absolutely useless

How on earth was this app released In one hour of use it lost my grocery list could not sort my grocery list continually unchecked items I had checked off spontaneously shut down That was the most frustrating grocery shopping experience of my life Giant lost some revenue too because I left without a lot of things I had planned to buy     Worse than having no tool at all
