This little fella does not seem to be compatible with my iPhoneX I get a message that indicates that the power output of the phone is unstable and that writing to the external memory has been disabled to prevent damage to the file system However it works fine with my iPhone 7 and 7s plus Please update Thank you         Not optimized for iPhoneX Yaya422

I ve used this for a long time and I love it I upgraded two of my IPhones to a 7 Plus and 8 Plus but now the i Flashdrive will not recognize on these devices I plugged in back into my iPhone 6s Plus and my iPad Pro and it works fine     Great App but is NOT working on iPhone 7 Plus and 8 Plus relbertjr

I have Pny 250 gb SD card On my computer it reads the card perfectly fine When inserted to gigastone reader it doesn t read it says not inserted or doesn t support I tried many things restarting reinstalling etc Tried formatting sd card several times too No luck Waste of 100 50 for reader and 50 for sd     Longtime asphalt supporter

I use a Pelican Marine cover on my iPhone a cover on my iPad this device won t engage either because the end isn t long enough to engage thru the covers This is extremely POOR engineering I m returning this thing ASAP     May be good storage but can t use bcstones

I m really enjoy using this app on both my iPhone and iPad It s works really good for storing movies pictures and almost any other file I stored about 9 movies on the memory gigastone stone memory stick and it was really easy as long as you know how to use a computer My one recommendation would be to have an option for the information at the top of the device device type time and battery info to hide or disappear while movies or videos are playing                 Great but needs one minor fix Ninja_Poop_1134

Absolutely no instructions whatsoever Copy movies How No instructions or guidance even via a Google search Stay away No call line The help on the app is only to report a bug Waste of money     No Kalenniena

The app will quit at least once or twice before you can get it to work The app will make it appear as though it s transferring a video to your Camera Roll but when it s done your video file is gone It will also tell you your iOS device full when in reality there s plenty of space remaining     You will lose your files Osage Flyer

Photofast has not replied to multiple requests for assistance with a dead drive Both emails and webforms has had no reply Can not recommend     CAUTION DO NOT BUY jimm00re

I was using San Cruzer s drive and app but upgraded to 64 GB and Gigastone was a better buy While functionally the same Gigastone device and app have two issues 1 There is not enough room to plug in the device if your phone pad has a cover on it 2 The app is only orientated for one position making it difficult to use in the horizontal position Otherwise it compares well             Needs Work Minimock

Im sure eventually the apps will be merged In terms of the flash drive itself well made responsive Does seem to work with google docs and PDFs why not word             1 drive 3 apps Dctrsooz
