Fraudulent developer there is no glittering while creating a picture the stars flicker to create the illusion of glitter but once picture is saved there is 0 glittering and 0 flickering It is a waste of your money to buy this app The icon and screenshot show what appears to be superfine white speckles giving the text of the title the appearance of glitter however that is not what you get while creating a picture or with the finished product Save your money and do not support this developer who has willingly lied to everyone in their description Apple should throw a hefty fine on this developer for their fraudulent deception of Apples valued customers VERY BAD NO GLITTER ZERO STARS

You can draw in different colors on the free version and then put glitter on too of them In the paid version you do not have the option to even draw You can only put glitter in things Disappointed Pencil colors
So worth the money if you like sparkles love this Best Ever
