Please fix this Constantly freezes        Concerned

I like the study notes etc but the extremely limited translations and the fact that you pay a lot for them and you can hardly customize the font color etc makes this an unsatisfactory bible Go with another one        Ok

This used to be a five star app but the update deleted my purchased ESV and MacArthur study notes Furthermore the creators do not seem interested in fixing the problem     5 star no more

I purchased the Glo Bible Premium I used to have NKJV STUDY Bible but now it is gone What happened to it     Chosenbychrist86

I used Glo for several years and loved it for reading the Bible in classes and during sermons Unfortunately it has been completely broken for at least six months If you can get it to work it will only work for moments before it crashesbut most of the time it crashes right at the start I have an iPad Air 2 so hardware isnt the problem I have given up on trying to find a fix So sad that the developers have not seen fit to continue supporting this product     Developers seem to have walked away

This app is one of the most expensive apps in the App Store It is also the most unreliable app I have ever used I bought this app years ago and initially enjoyed the enriched bible study Now it will not even open I cannot access any of my notes or previous insights gained from special times with God I am praying that the developers will care enough to fix it For now I use the YouVersion app I have found it more reliable especially for the price Free     Too much for too little

Each time I open the app it crashes Then when I get it going I get frequent popups about it syncing I have found no way to stop either     crashes every time it is opened

While I enjoy using the app Ive recently run into an issue where Im unable to log in and use the features I paid for I tried resetting the password but never received the link to reset it I reached out to customer service and so far no response so for now Im unable to use the app Very disappointed in how my request for assistance has gone unanswered     Disappointed

I have used the Glo Bible for years with no problems However with new updates I have found it freezes such as using the search button I literally have to cold start my iPad to reset it so I can access the other program Using searching is a key to finding everything and doesnt work except freezes the program Many glitches include difficulty using captions with the the 3D tours and other media that is available I had to spend an additional 1999 for media that use to be free I guess money is the root of all evil as they continue to sell programs that are ineffective Please fix the bugs so there arent so many one ratings Too expensive for so many problems     Too many bugs

Spent a lot of money on this app November 2014 it stopped syncing and seems to crash all the time I just lost a whole sermon of notes taken in my journal due to a crash Still listening to the sermon and decided to post this little irritation At least it happened in churchI guess it is the lord testing my patience App still doesnt sync it somehow did once but now has the same errors with abrupt crashes     They broke the app

I have been using this app for over a year and have really enjoyed it I recently purchased a new iPad and when I went to use the app all my upgrades were gone The tech support responded quickly and gave me easy to follow directions on how to resolve this issue Im back in business again and things are good againthanks for your support                 Good app good support

I feel bad for recommending this app to friends It used to run quite well on the iPad and iPhone It appears it has been abandoned as it constantly crashes and there is no support Very unfortunate there was a lot of potential here     It used to be good

I love this app when I first got it More recently it crashes quits unexpectedly constantly which is very frustrating when you are working on a reading plan or trying to do anything else So sad I hope they fix it or I may have to find a new app to use           Was a great app

Paid my 35 bucks to upgrade to PremiumA premium pain in the butt The support article dated 7132012 YES 2012 advised due to high traffic demand they are having some issues but they are working on it Introduction to the books of the bible wont down load Support FAQ with the same 2012 date suggested verifying internet connection or login LOL Most recent support fan is dated 01162014 Looks like they have discontinued support for the app And are just taking suckers money for nothing Wonder if Ill get a reply to this review     Buggy App with OBSOLETE Support

I like others have lost my 30 study notes after updating recently I first complained about a month ago and about 2 weeks ago I asked for an update The app developercompany appears to be unconcerned and is unresponsive to my requests for an update I do not appreciate being treated like this VERY DISAPPOINTING     Very Bad Customer Service

Although this is Gods wordthis app has many issues It crashes way to often especially when trying to highlight a verseto often it does not want to play nice with Facebook and wont shareyou cant get into all the maps and artwork other features without having to upgradeit would be a very good app if they could and would fix the bugs issues        Frustrated

I am like many of the other one star folks here They took my 30 for the NKJV study bible only to not have it work I gave them several weeks to fix but no help came DISAPPOINTING     Good potential but way too buggy

The latest update deleted my Premium Glo Bible including the NIV and John McArthur commentaries I am now stuck with the basic version Support so far has not been able to help me If this has happened to anyone else could you please let me know what you had to do to get your Premium Glo back Thank you           Update deleted my Premium

I have begun my daily audio bible this year and wanted to use my iPad but this bible app continuously crashes The content of this app is great but because it crashes all the time I would say this is a poor excuse of an app It is horrible because you lose your place every time it crashes Wish someone could fix this issue     Beyond Bad

The author commentary has completely deleted This was one of the items I enjoyed the most about this premium package Between that and the crashes and freezing I am highly disappointed with this app     Whats Going On

UPDATE to my review below DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY or your time I used to love this app now I hate it Its still not working for example the entire book of Isaiah is BLANK Its empty nothing there I also hate that they have taken it upon themselves to dissect the Bible by putting section titles or subject titles over top of the books dividing them by some arbitrary rule into sections that we may or may not agree with I find this very confusing I would just like to read the Bible not be subject to someone elses sectioning off of the books There are many other excellent Bible apps dont use this one And their customer service is nonexistent Maybe they are more concerned with making money from their Facebook and other social connections that they have associated with this app instead of making a good Bible app which doesnt seem to be their first priority Below is my initial review of this app I used to love this app but after the last update and I use the term loosely I lost ALL of the content that I paid for including the NKJV and the MacArthur Study Bible with his study notes as well as all of the videos and pictures etc basically all I have is the free Bible with a lot of frustrations Dont buy this app until they fix it Ive written to the developers twice in the last month and they havent done anything to fix this app Or to address my concerns     Glo Bible

I purchased the premium Glo bible and never got it Ive tried to contact the company but they are very slow I still have not received a refund or the upgrade Dont waste your money     Dont waste your money

I love this app Except it closes down a lot and it makes it hard to read sometimes This app has really changed my life and its wonderful But if you want to make it ten times better fix that problem where it closes randomly Thanks again              Beautiful but

Had this app for several years and loved it Newest update was over a month ago I lost NKJV ESV commentary and McArthur Commentary Emailed company and they said it was a known issue That was a month ago Emailed them two more times and got no response Dont purchase until they fix their problems Its awesome when it works Unfortunately it no longer does     Still cant access purchases

This is a wonderful idea concept however there are some glitches for instancewhen I went to media to look at a pic of the Sistine Chaple and send the pic to my Facebook account it freezes and to make things worse it froze my tablet as a whole and I had to delete and redownload not once but thrice Please address the customers issues were only trying to help make your App the Best it can possibly be Not to mention I paid 40 for the Premium package and 700 and change for an Apple IpadII Thanks Jeff Mercer in Cleveland Ohio 44060 Anything else written in Comments besides High Praise Adoration is not believable and        The absolute Best Bible Application on Planet Earth Bar none

The Glo Bible App continues to suffer from inexplicable glitches that cause user frustration and disappointment Take for example the sudden recent loss of the NKJV Apparently many users lost this translation from their App without warning or explanation or a quick fix This sort of service mars an otherwise outstanding Bible study tool and experience                 Troubled App

I like using he glo bible it has great resources but I think that they need to add a study version of this it would go such along way in helping others learn and understand the word of God so much Bette                 Good and handy

I myself have not experienced the glitches that are mentioned in the reviews The Glo bible offers a lot of insight into the times of the bible I find the videos very helpful in understanding the times culture traditions etc I followed one of the reading plans and had no major problems The program is not as intuitive as other software programs Ive used One thing that comes to mind is that the app doesnt place mark the location of my last reading Thats a basic feature of Kindle and iBook              Wonderful experience

I love how I can bookmark a page go to th next scripture and then come back to itI can highlight and make my own notes on the scriptures that interests me at the time I love how it keeps my scriptures open for days so I have to go searching for them the next time I open my bible In the journal it keeps all the scriptures I have read which makes it easier for me to find and memorize the scriptures that interests me My only concerns are that there are only two versions of the bible available on this particular app For study purposes I wish there were more versions like the living translation and the new king Jamesalso in the NIV version available on this app It appears to have been revised and some scriptures have been omitted I wish I had a say in such revisionsI wish there was a section for help in navigating and trouble shooting available on the home pagesome things to maybe consider Otherwise I am thankful for making the word of God available on my iPad                 Loving it

I have never written a review for an app before positive or negative but I feel compelled to write in this instance GLO bible is a beautifully designed product with A LOT of potential but the technical issues are more frustrating than trying to read an actual bible under water while blindfolded GLO is certainly not the cheapest app in the App Store but is one of the most important for the people who purchase and download it With those last two points in mind it would be refreshing for the developers to take a more proactive attitude in addressing and fixing these constant issues I gave the app a two star rating for its potential but two stars is what it currently deserves If all issues were addressed and fixed then it would definitely be a five star app           Lost potential

I paid a lot for this app and for premium content and it shouldnt be this buggy Like others my book of Isaiah is empty and when I try to use search my iPad freezes Also when I try to access the store the app crashes Everytime Support told me that they are working on it but Ive not seen any fixes yet Very disappointed     Too many problems

I too have had multiple crashes during this last week The App seems to have suffered its final crash and now will not open on either my iPad or iPhone Glo Bible is one of my favorite Bible Apps Hate to see this happen     Ditto to crashes

I have been using Glo for years after having it recommended by the faculty at my childrens christian high school It had been great until this year hence the two star rating I had lost the MacArthur study notes until the last few months And now the entire book of Isaiah is not populated ie missing I just received a note from Glo about my open ticket being closed as they had not heard anything from me No fix or app update has happened now for many weeks I am appreciative of updates when they are actually an enhancement But I find emails closing open issues discouraging enough to write a negative review I will update this once the app again works as it used too for years        Persistent Issues

I am a long time premium user and have years of notes from bible studies and sermons I have recommended Glo to several people who have purchased it BUT lately it repeatedly crashes more often than not How can I use a bible during a bible study that I cant reliably access Also I recently bought a MacBook to replace my pc I cant even open Glo on it When I contacted support I was told that only Leopard supported not Yosemite Please fix these issues I dont want to have to figure out how to export all my notes out of this app Right now the only thing that is keeping me from dumping Glo are the years of bible study and sermon notes I have on it     I Love GloBibleBUT
