This application was a lifesaver when I initially started using it in 2011 to communicate with my family in the Dominican Republic I m in the US I recently re downloaded it and have encountered nothing but problems Set up is a pain in the neck log in was nearly impossible and once in my account the app crashes when I try to compose a message I don t know what changed between 2011 and now but please fix this I loved this app and would like to start using it again but it needs a major overhaul or something     It used to work Elin Reed

I bought the pro version a year ago I was upset to find out that it wasn t working I couldn t seem to get a hold Of customer support I figured out how to get my old credits back Download the new lite version and register as your old user name or aq global number and password It will carry your account over Remember to get the lite free version and not the pro till you finish your credits up             Hope this helps Not so upset anymore
