Glyphic Word Processor for iPad

I would give more stars if I could figure out how to name a doc Everything I save is called unrecognized and I cant name the docwaste of money     Name a doc

A lot of great functions like font bold underline fictions you find in word docs and easy to upload to Dropbox an even google drive                 Great

This is a terrific word processor The pros Lots of neat special characters excellent range of formatting options stable good fidelity on import and export and full support for Bluetooth keyboards I had no trouble writing and editing a bilingual document in Glyphic unlike Polaris Office which cheerfully deletes a few words every time I switch keyboards and crashes every ten seconds or so The cons It would be nice if the buttons on the formatting strip were smaller so all the buttons could fit in a single line As it is now the strip is three pages wide so you have to swipe through the strip to find the feature you want The biggest con is that without a Goggle Drive account the app is cannot be used for most formats It doesnt actually import files from Dropbox Instead it has to save the document to Google Drive and convert it Same again if you want to save it to anywhere other than Google Drive I am not a Google Drive fan and I dont want my stuff stored there The original file name is removed as well so you have to rename itnot too intelligent and really a bummer when you need to work on the document in more than one sitting In my case I work up the document and store it in my Dropbox Public folder then someone else takes a look and makes corrections then I make the changes and repeat Because Glyphic is constantly shooting the document over to Google Drive the workflow becomes a mess after an iteration or two Theres no Help file but its reasonably easy to figure out if you are familiar with any other word processor And the developer is very quick to answer questions via email and he fixed a problem I had with the Bluetooth keyboard inside of 24 hours Alas there are are no tables Thats a must for the next iteration Finally a small nit but the developer misspelled Statistics in the Tools menu In sum the app is nicely done with a hefty assortment of features but feeble document support without Goggle Drive Glyph will earn another star from me when it unglues itself from Google Drive              Decent but

An excellent app for creating fairly sophisticated document with a plethora of much needed keyboard shortcut keys for editing your documents                 Glyph

Very frustrating it doesnt save my changes and I delete old files and they are still there I want my money back     It doesnt save my documents

Lacks simple buttons in settings menu such as close document and new document Otherwise it is a good app for on the go word processing              Good program but somewhat frustrating
