This app has no landscape mode which means that promotions requiring a lot of words will simply end with a forcing you to guess what the rest of the promotion is or to look it up elsewhere online I have found the review numbers to be false The of reviews on a browsing page is different than the of reviews listed on a specific items page which is different than the number of reviews actually recorded for that item Generally this displeases me Poor Quality App
Seriously I know the ideas are good but bad execution The app is crap and does not work I think GNC pull this back if they dont want lose customers Was it even tested before release

The app looks good and is easy to navigate BUT the reason I gave it two stars is due to how the Gold Card is handled First off I should not have to open your app to access the Gold Card The app should have an option to add this to Passbook That is where I keep all my loyalty cards plus Apple Pay Also the card should have a bar code the checker can scan Please made these two changes in your next version Fails on two points

My main reason to download the app was so I could add my card since I hate carrying all my reward cards on my key chain or in my wallet I was able to enter my card but I noticed it only puts in the card number not the barcode So when I go to the store the cashier will have to manually enter the number That would be fine if it was 1980 All my other cards have the barcode this should be a simple fix Needs work

The search doesnt work presently neither does their website so it could be related Either way its a sorry excuse for an app when you cant find anything in it Search is terrible and makes for a hardly usable app
The app is good if you have patience Navigation is not intuitive it has crashed and some links seem broken That being said I use it to order what I need and already know what I want to purchase Ive been a loyal GNC consumer for 20 years and have a nutrition background so it works for me A new user or user new to GNC might be confused as it is a ton of information and a vast product mix Does what it should for me

Search field is hard to see and I usually fat finger camera button once before getting search to work Also the filters leave a little bit to be desired All in all I use this frequently and recommend for anyone who orders from GNC frequently Pretty good
