Very disappointed Used to love this app But since the last update it wont open Ill click it and it just automatically crashes Been like this for at least a month now Very very frustrating Especially since I paid for this     Crashes Every Time I Open It

The approach to task management in this app is very compelling and useful It wins handsdown over the standard task manager as well as other more advanced task managers and Ive paid for and abandoned all of them The problem is the implementation is buggy Nevertheless the heart of the functionality task scheduling works well enough to get my work done On top of that the user interface design is quite crude In an era where iOS 7 and 8 are giving us some very beautiful apps this particular application is just crudely designed The application flawed is it is is still very useful to me and I am going to continue to use it in the hopes that the developers will improve it              Best task manager available

This app allows me to balance my tasks and calendar at a new level The simplicity and creativity are fantastic With Gneo Im getting what I hoped for when I bought the iPhone                 Getting the most out of an iPhone

Its a great and easy way to organize tasks and syncs easily with the best note app evernote as well as your calendar The dream addition would be a desktop version for much of my planning happens there But I love its so far keep the Developement up                 This app needs to be the number 1 in store

I buy all todo productivity apps it is a sickness I am addicted All Omni focus toodist things check marks due grocery list dude all of them I keep them all installed 128 gb and say I use them for different things but honestly it is just less organized overall and theres no good system I use but I love making lists and using the various different aspects of each one for whatever task i put in it Omni and gneo were the last two I let myself get as it took a couple months looking in the App Store every day knowing one day I would buy them Im super disappointed with both Honestly even more so this one I use Evernote the most of any of my apps as well No real explanation To be honest just not smooth to use didnt create itself in like an organized enough manner in my Evernote Dunno try it urself it is the only true way to tell But gneo was a huge let down for me     Honestly I expected so much more

After uninstalling and reinstalling I was able to access Gneo again I started using other productivity apps in the meantime though so I have been using Gneo less Still I like the app I find it to be both productive and effective              Finally seems to be working again

I thought this app was going to be different It turned out to be a huge waste of money I was expecting a calendar with task support what I got was a task manager and a poor calendar I couldnt even get it to work with my Apple Watch Dont waste your money     Waste of money

The app no longer opens Please fix this asap     Update Crashing

Customer service never gets back to you and now the app wont even open At first it just kept force closing and now it wont open and is completely useless     Do not like at all

Without an app for the Mac Ill be changing to something that works with Mac              Needs Mac App

I really like the app It works flawlessly and the follow up feature keeps me focused on the tasks I need to do right now As an app it checks all the boxes notification center support apple watch support everything to make it easy to use except one There is no web app or mac app to sync to The developers said they were working on a Mac app over a year ago but there hasnt been much word since Now that I have a mac I will probably stop using this app in search of something I can access on both devices Its a shame I really love this app The follow up feature alone was enough to make me buy it           No Mac Support

Ive tried a bunch of task apps From todo lists to GTD optimized apps and none have been as good at Gneo There are some things Id love to have such as check off for goals and maybe something to have they come front and center on launch but its such a minor issue that it doesnt take away from the usage Also love how it ties in with Evernote so well              One of the best task apps

This is well designed and useful but the sync with Evernote is faulty If you rely on a system that will receive emails as tasksevents this is not it Also the calendar sync needs to evolve Too pricey for the current weaknesses        Has potential

I like the functionality of this app so far and thank you for adding Iphone 6 optimization I can tell already that it is very powerful robust with features while maintaining simplicity and usability It is one of the best productivity apps I have used since the birth of smart phones A few feature requests however An added option to create subtasks underneath main tasks so you can plan and even schedule step by step execution would be amaaazing Perhaps the sub tasks could be added via the main task panel kind of similar to the notes feature And then those addons could be viewed via a dropdown under the main task that expands or collapses with a tap there is no current function for a simple tap gesture so this would fit right in Pretty please add this feature or something like it A calendar day week month view seems like it would fit right in with the UI as well I suppose its not extremely necessary but it would be nice to be able to view tasks and events in different temporal perspectives The syncingloading bar after you add or edit anything also gives it a bit of a slow or clunky feel Perhaps this is necessary but it seems many other apps are able to achieve syncing more discreetly I dont know why Im being so nitpicky about that because it is rather subtle and entirely tolerable but I suppose Ill point it out in the chance that it could be tweaked in a future update Im also unsure yet optimistic of the exact purpose of the goals tab as they seem to lack a necessary interactivity It seems itd be more useful if they could be deadlined or responsive to the tasks wed set to achieve them or had progress barscheck points or something besides what seems to simply be a futile and forgettable list in this app rich with features in every other category I love LOVE the idea of short and long term goals in a todo app but I think this is an uninspired and seemingly unfinished way to include it Anyway I know you guys are certainly working hard on updates and everything else seems to be pretty smooth so Ill just look forward to the future updates              Great with room for improvement

Solid todo app some good and unusual featuresmy favorite is the Followup hide option Uses a lot of gesturebased commands which are fun to do and hide some of the complexity of the app The ability to change font size and give colors to lists would be helpful I cant tell if the location reminder setting is working Eventually I will need a Mac or browserbased version as well Id like to be able to add icons to tasks or lists as well              Good app getting better

Pros The Secret Weapon GTDEvernote enthusiasts finally have an app that automates the system beautifully Tags Task Notes Reminder Attachments Seven Habits Prioritization Notebooks Evernote sync Appointments and todos in one app Prioritization visualization Con Task assignment to others not available So this is the ultimate task app It pains to to have had to leave it but collaboration is more important than personal productivity I hope you take the time to reimagine collaboration on projects and how by links to other services that Evernote already supports that you can bring us a powerful view Quip leads the way in their understanding that human discussion the collective intelligence that can come from it is key This may not look like anything else you have and I really hope you are willing to break away and rethink things Its not that you have not built the best productivity tool available its just that what best serves the one is sometimes radically different then what serves the collective You guys did something exceptional with GNEO Thats why I think your creativity could make yield a breakthrough              Strongest TSW app available except for team collaboration

The app is clunkier than it looks in pictures Too many touches are required to do things Every time I swipe right to delete a task a popup appears to confirm the decision just annoying Overall just not as nice or welldesigned as it is made out to be           Disappointing

At first I was skeptical I normally dont like paying for apps Thought Id give this a try as I was looking for a organizer app I must say this app was worth the purchase I bounced around with todoist wonderlist and a few other productivity apps but this app blows everyone else out of the water in my opinion I find myself using this app and not even forcing myself to use it because it is that convenient Kudos to the design team Its a beautiful app and you will find yourself returning to using the app over and over because it does everything you need it to do                 Its worth it

I stumbled upon this app picked the Editors Choice So wonderfully more than lists I had to dust off my Evernote apps And its so seamless Great for culinary school my personal life all there for me in one place Highly recommended                 My most productive self at last

If you buy into the system its great I really like the ability to schedule tasks Evernote integration is great Email a not to your Gneo inbox notebook and youve got a task in Gneo For me there just something a little off putting about the interface The slider for example feels a little dated But otherwise I cant complain              Really good at what it does

Got this paid for it after reading reviews and seeing it got an Editors Award I find it isnt an app I am attracted to use The blah gray colors are a negative No choice to add color that I can find The nontraditional display of scheduled events doesnt help me visualize my day well Wish they had offered a free trial version so I could have realized this before I bought it        Not for mebland

I bought this app several months ago with the intention of using it on my iPhone 6 however it still does not have support for the larger screens This in addition to irritating bugs that interfered with my experience of the app makes me believe that this is app is not yet ready to be called finished I like the ideas behind it but the execution is poor I would not recommend this to anyone unless they are specifically searching for this type of organization and will not be deterred by bugs        Disappointed

I love how intuitive it is to use and the sleek modern design It makes logging and completing my todos much more easier and helps me stay organized in my professional and personal life                 Easy to use stay organized

Ive tried at least 10 other todo apps and systems and Gneo is the one Ive settled on Its intuitive innovative and has features not often found elsewhere egbasic goals importanturgent matrix I love seeing the tasks mixed right in with my schedule thats an inspired layout The help system though a bit buggy for me is pretty extensive too The Evernote integration is a huge plus since it makes everything PCfriendly And their blog is fabulous and thoughtprovoking That said there are a few deficiencies First the font choice and size is awful for those who dont see very well and theres no way to change it Second the tiny icons are almost useless given their size and lack of color Third the goal section is not yet really integrated Fourth its a bit overpriced though in fairness at least theres no ongoing cost like so many other todo apps And finally it does seem to significantly drain the battery at the present time I really hope they fix that one There havent been many updates lately Heres hoping there are lots of great new enhancements in 2015 because this is officially my favorite todo app              Almost there but still better than most

I have a complex job for which I need to track tasks for my own research things I have asked my team to do and input from colleagues This app is a game changer I had previously tracked tasks in Omnifocus but it was too easy to mark a task done and then lose the info in it The link between Gneo and Evernote is the real solution here I also love the use of the Eisenhower Decision Matrix                 Outstanding app

I still think that Gneo has a lot of potential but it is too unreliable by a long shot I was unlucky enough to download it this weekend when they were having sync problems The customer support pretended there was no problem and when I persisted admitted that there was a problem with the server that was causing a small number of people to have difficulties syncing their Iphone with Ipad Last night I thought they fixed the problem when tasks on the server came flooding back onto my devices Again syncing problems today I lost all my tasks on Ipad for the third or fourth time this weekend My advice is to wait a few months before trying this app They may have worked the bugs out by then But dont expect any customer support You are on your own     Deeply Flawed

I was excited to start organizing and a glitch kept me from saving items to my list After entering the same task 3 times and not having it saved I moved on I love the layout and concept but became frustrated when it failed to save my work        Glitch

The screen design looks good idea looks good but the app has bugs on basic work flow When I create recurring task it is created but not added in the calendar This makes me to create repeated tasks every day I am expecting at least the basic work flow should work without errors This app is eating lot of time in creating repeated tasks           Disappointed

Guess would be better if having google calendar or sunrise the calendar app supports rather than only apples Looking for Sth like gneo plus Todoist           Googlesunrise integration

Adding Team collaboration and emailing capabilities bidirectional would complete this app              Nearly Perfect

Ive been using this to keep track of my schoolwork and its been excellent However since the newest iOS update it wont even open Please fix this I love this app but my rating wont go up until this is fixed           I love this but it keeps crashing

Evernote sync allows for tiein to personal knowledge base and strategic Covey Quadrant foundation keeps the right things in focus Web or Mac version would be great but totally workable at present through Evernote Sync on desktop I keep my heavy planning in Evernote outside of Gneo and then use TaskClone to pipe todos into Gneo notebooks for execution                 Strategic Task Management

One of the best task managers Calendar integration is a nice touch and the Covey quadrant planner is the feature that really sets this app apart                 Among the best

It has a bit of a learning curve but its well worth the effort Remember search is your friend                 Stick with it

Update after update this app keeps crashing upon opening and needs to be reinstalled Theyve been nice enough to offer a refund once before that I did not take them up on as I would rather the app just worked at its most basic level as promised I mean Id love to see some bells and whistles that could really transform how I worked but at this point how about just making sure I never have to reinstall the app just to be able to use it     Hire a new app developer

There is one major problem they need to fix the new update causes the app to crash and there is no note or anything in the App Store saying you need to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it to work until they find a fix Keeping people up to date is important The other problem Id like fixed is I want my data stored in the iCloud instead of on their servers Other than that the app looks really nice on the iPhone 6 once you reinstall it It only took a few seconds to do If they fix that stuff Id move it to 5 stars nn              New update looks nice on iPhone 6

That priority grid is wonderful the gestures are intuitive and prevent the screen from being too cluttered and all the options for added files in a todo are very handy Very good app                 Clean Snappy Efficient

I bought this app because of the interesting user interface I was looking for a fresh take on the whole organizer app category I should have read the whole app description because Gneo requires a Cloud Gneo account which is free in order to use I dont think an app like this should require another account which I have to keep track of I gave it 3 stars even though I did not use it because it was my fault for buying it without reading the whole description           Read the whole app description before purchasing

This looks great syncs well and does a great job getting things done In the vast sea of todo apps this does shine through Suggestions 1 a desktop app or web app 2 the ability to set a task for a day but not a time 3 the ability to prioritize daily tasks 4 a daily or weekly review of some kind so I can see what is coming up              A good app in the sea of task managers

Really really well done task management app I love the UI with this app everything just flows when your in it Creating folders keep projects organized and the franklin covey importantnot important type quadrant is a nice cherry on top I also love the way they used the follow up tool that alone makes me so much more productive along with many other features this app offers However I do have some issues with this app that prevent me from using it and recommending it super glitchy badge icons dont always work sync between iPad and iPhone doesnt work I lost all my tasks I manually put it and more importantly the time it took me to do that very slow response by developers if any response at all can sometimes lose track of tasks if not all dated and you have a big list of tasks I dont feel like I have everything in front of me I didnt like that I had to make an account but that aside I need the option to be able to sync manually This thing automatically syncs with every new task and it uses cellular data if not connected to wifi its distracting and unnecessary in my opinion The number of tasks icon doesnt appear on the app home screen view until the time youve set your task to alarm so when you wake up early you might not know how busy your day really is I think it should appear on the app at midnight and alarm at your pre set time Notes falls below keyboard Very annoying when you open a task and add notes to it at a certain point your notes disappear behind the keyboard so you can see what your writing Really hope you consider fixing these things because I would love to use this app until then I cant use it and I dont recommend to anyone        Good but deal breaker cons
