After being locked out I called customer service who opened a ticket with a call back to me in a few days I missed the call back who left me a message that I would need to call customer service again to open another ticket Now I am unable to reach a person to open another ticketIve tried every phone option several of which will automatically disconnect you I am unable to use the website or the app and cannot get a password reset to me a basic requirement Also the app support from this page takes you to the website that requires you to log in Arrrrgh No password reset

This is the worst app ever It always says server error and if you put the password in wrong more than once it disables your account It also will not let me view my monthly statement its a total wastenot even worth it Doesnt even deserve a half a star AWFUL
