I purchased this app a couple years ago for 299 It had a nice Vault feature that I would use With the latest upgrade HEARN APPS TOOK AWAY THIS FUNCTIONALITY AND YOU NOW MUST PAY FOR IT If youre in the same situation as I am please post a review to expose this crook     DONT SUPPORT THIS THIEF

As an art jeweler this is needed to track metal prices Excellent idea I use this daily Handy Dandy tool app                 Very handy

A good app however I do confess I wasnt crushed in the upgrade nonsense Id give it zero stars if I had been crushed as so many others obviously have been hurt Otherwise nice programming              Grinning

Horrible upgrade they took something that wasnt broke and broke it    

It removed everything in the vault and changed it to a subscription model Use a different app     Latest update ruined it

I too am one of those people that paid for the program and it stopped working But all I did was email The author and he got back to me within five minutes and apologized and gave me a free year on the spot I am back up and running just exactly as I was before I didnt lose anything I suggest instead of complaining to nobody everybody with this problem should send a message to him because he is very nice about this whole thing              Great support

I have been a long time user of this app and am very pleased with this latest version which has built on the already excellent previous version The newly added features enrich the app and I cant think of any further features that I would like to see added I was quite surprised by the number of negative reviews that appeared however in the bigger scheme of things that number of negative reviews is quite small More concerning is the lack of accuracy in the reviews with regards to costs involved and the use of words like exorbitant and extortion demonstrate a lack of professionalism and proper understanding of what is involved in the development of this app I for one am very happy with this latest version and the ongoing excellent customer service and support which is beyond reproach Those threatening to go elsewhere will find no equivalent to this app To Kory well done                 No place for nonconstructive criticism

After getting the new version I was shocked to see that even though I have purchased this app once users now have to pay 50 to use the vault function for life Ill be deleting this app which is sad because I really enjoyed it But no more now Ill use FinViz and not an app     I paid once Will not pay again

I was a long time user of this app now they want to charge to access the vault total bs Not worth the money Deleted     Not worth the money

Great tracking app Use it all the time Charts are very good I would suggest this app                 Tracking App

Unless you want to pay to access your own data Data is hostage until new fee paid     DONT UPGRADE

Horrible upgrade Should be called a money grab A couple years of my hard work erased in seconds I had a running total of all ounces of gold and silver Many thousands of ounces of silver Knew EXACTLY my dollar cost average Now Im at a loss At least I have an ideas of my total ounces but my cost Not any more Was offered a free vault by the owner but a simple app now is complicated In fact you cant add fractions of an ounce for gold as theres no decimal point And the nth has a mind of its own Wish I could give it zero stars Hrs angers of hard work gone I hope you lose ALL OF YOUR CUSTOMERS never get a new one and have to collect shopping carts in the snow for the rest of your life just to make a living

Terrible When I woke up this morning to check metals as I do every morning for the last 34 years new lookOk nice Then I check my vault and ALL DATA GONE The data I have been tracking for years GONE Then it gets better I have to pay 50 to use my vault and start from scratch Shady business Very disappointed     Terrible upgrade Erased all data for 50

Wiped all my data     Was good not anymore

I liked this app right up until the latest upgrade What a ripoff All my vault data was erased and in order to restore it I must now purchase a subscription Really Is this how you monetize your app by holding user data hostage Poor planning if you ask me     There is place for constructive criticism

I had my vault set up perfectly First problem the update deleted everything Second problem they want to charge me AGAIN to subscribe to the vault If youre thinking of buying this app DONT Youll pay once theyll update and try make you pay again And furthermore every positive review for this rubbish app addresses it to Kory Only if you were being paid to give positive reviews would you know the developers first name FAIL     Terrible

The initial upgrade screen does not have the Warning anywhere near prominent enough so I upgraded Now I lost my functionality I PAID FOR Give me back my old app function Way to crap in your customers     I want my old app back

Worst upgrade of an app ever Shame on Apple for allowing the developer to charge additional fees after the initial purchase I lost all my data just because i wouldnt be held hostage     biggest rip ever

Easy to use to get current prices of precious metals I like that charts are accessible so I can see what the metals have done in the past I dont use the vault to keep track of my purchases Other features are useful to purchasers of scrap precious metals              Gold n Silver prices

Paid for the app over 6 months ago Upgraded vault function and now we have to pay for it This is bad business current owners should have been grandfathered If you want to pull a stunt like this develop a new app Dont just update a current app and then start charging for access to current owners I contacted developer and was offered 1 year free Next year I would have to pay This sounds like the scam turbotax is currently doing Pay more to use the same product they offered the year before Shameful     Vault upgrade not new

Any app that you have that changes the premise from free to a pay for subscription at about 1200 per year without notice is deceptive Change it back     Sneaky

I originally downloaded the app because it was an easy way to track the value of my holding but the subscription rates are ludicrous The latest reviews make it clear you made a poor choice and alienated your previous customers Data transferred and app deleted     Have to amend my review based on the new version 1

This was a great product until they snuck in the update requiring outrageous subscription prices to manage your vault I refuse to bend to what amounts to extortion I will accept the loss of my contents and delete the app There are other options out there that dont treat customers the way this outfit has done Stay away from this product If they did it once they will do it again Pathetic     The Upgrade is a RIPOFF

This was a paid app that I purchased and used for awhile Then they updated to require you to pay for a subscription that was already paid for when I purchased the app Apple shouldnt let thieves like this on the App Store I guess some people are just dishonest cheating scum bags     Been Ripped Off

Last update removed the vault which is where you track precious metals you own They removed it AND NOW WANT TO CHARGE YOU A MONTHLY FEE TO OPEN IT I cant believe Apple allowed this     Lost the vault
