I havent been able to log on for the past week It keeps giving me the same password error invalid character I was on the phone today with Golden One and no one could help me and the lady said she never heard of this problem Seriously you guys need to start reading your reviews FIX YOUR APP

Ive never reviewed an app before now but feel compelled to write this one The app is prettier yes But Ive come across two bugs in the 2 minutes that Ive used this thing One bug is that when paying my CC bill the app lists my balance as the amount due So if I want to pay in full I have to login to the regular site This is so blatant its clear that no one tested the app much That is unacceptable for a banking institution You should fire whomever led the development of this thing Fire your developer
The latest update stinks It wont recognize my password which works just fine on the website Something about an invalid character Would love to deposit a check using the app but obviously cant until they fix the broken login Password issues

This app has come a long way It still needs some polishing up such as an iPad version especially if there is an iPad Pro to come One thing Im really surprised about is there isnt Touch ID integration Lets get that on the next update Every other major credit card and bank has rolled out with it Come on Golden1 Works Great
The new update bring some much needed visual enhancements to the app However for some reason the mobile check deposit feature no longer works for me and crashes the app upon using the feature This needs to be fixed ASAP Does its job but needs a patch
Their mobile deposit is junk It cannot read a perfectly legible check Ive tried 50 times on three checks and I only had success on one This app is a waste of your time Mobile Deposit is Crap
I like the update and the ability to quickly check your balance with the wallet feature but it provides the account balance vs the available balance but it does not specify on the screen that shows the wallet balance that its the account balance meaning pending transactions are not included If I am trying to quickly check my balance in the checkout line I could care less what my account balance is I want to make sure I have enough to pay for what I have at this very moment I still have to log in for that meaning its not saving me any time Acct vs Available Balance
You are behind in the user interface design the app keep asking for the security questions why Login experience is bad please add Touch ID No Touch ID
I wasnt impressed at all every time I was trying to make a deposit it would kick me out every time Didnt feel secure Do not download it
this app works if all you need to do is view your balance or activity Otherwise it is an exercise in frustration the deposit function is useless despite countless efforts to sharpen the image and follow FAQS I keep finding the atm machine deposit functions are out of order at multiethnic locations If you like finding yourself in line at the bank in order to perform simple banking procedures this is the app for you deposit problems

What a piece of crap I have been with G1 for over 15 years and have had great service that has not translated to their App or online interface keep working on it but first fire the team that has given the green light to this App Not a fan

The app is good overall but I am still waiting for Touch ID integration It would make using the app much easier especially for those with strong passwords of course thank goodness I have 1Password and can paste it in Touch ID still missing

This app has come a long way Modifying payments are still a little buggy but overall its a very usable convenient way to do most of your banking Nice job developers If you added a stable flexible way to categorize transactions I could get rid of mint I USE IT DAILY

Overall this app has improved over the last year Its login process is still clunky and now that Apple has opened up TouchID to developers they really need to update the app to take advantage of TouchID on enabled devices TouchID is more secure and it would be nice to be able to access the app and ones accounts this way after authenticating Pretty good Needs TouchID update
Updated review Password requirements have been updated at Golden One online After changing my password to new requirements I was able to log in easily to my account The new interphase is great Also updated the app on my iPad the new iPad version is also great Changed review of 111515 updated app on iPhone now works great

My app updated recently and since then I havent been able to use I get a enter wrong character for my password I should not have to go change my password to fix this when I can log onto the website just fine Otherwise login page looks better but doesnt function Update needs fixing
This upgrade is a HOT MESS Every time and I mean EVERY time I go to pay a bill it says a system error occurred and I have to log back in only to have that happen again and again and AGAIN Upgrade a HUGE mistake
