I use this app strictly as a GoPass ticket from my home to work Its convenient when it works If it doesnt youre likely to get a citation for not having fare Which is brutal Additionally ticket details arent readily available anywhere on the app so hopefully youve purchased at a kiosk before In general this app suffers from an awful lack of feedback or important information anywhere You dont know how long your pass will actually last until you buy it error messaging is vague and unhelpful and the loading times are awful     Convenient IF it works lack of feedback for EVERYTHING

The APP has gone from not so good to useless over the past 6 months Whoever is or isnt maintaining the app has let the app slip away so that none of the TRIP PLANNING works Current Location doesnt work and the APP cant find your bus a lot of time They should drop the APP because it is really worse than USELESS     From Mediocre to Ridiculous

No longer recognizes my gps location and gives me an error message when I use the travel planner I no longer have any idea what busses I need to take A once great app is now worthless Please fix     Used to be good

I always use the app to check bus and train schedule to go to school and first the app cant not see my current location and now i cant see any bus or train schedule at all Is so frustrated They should update often the app     Worst app

This update broke the app I have an annual pass that I paid a lot of money for and now I have to buy tickets from the vending machines The dart police will give me a ticket because their app is broken     Broken app

Be really nice if they activated the collegehigh school pass As a broke college kid paying 250 and 5 a day is a big difference after a while           CollegeHS pass

Despite two calls to Dart Trip Planner and My Trip Plans are still not functional These two have been down for two weeks What is an expected ETA in getting this fixed     FIX THE APP

The current version is sticking when activating my ticket And this morning I had a ticket remain inactive even after trying to activate it I almost got a ticket this morning for not having an active ticket Thankfully the officers see me most mornings with a ticket and didnt give me too much trouble But it was still embarrassing and not a great experience to open the app and see my ticket still not activated           Nice to have when it works

Rarely works and when it does has many many issues a few are freezes up constantly cannot activate passes cannot buy passes passes cost more than at station times and planning trips on the dart are wrong and will cause you to lose your train or bus     Horrible app

It buys tickets quickly and displays them to fareenforcement The trip planner is not very userfriendly could be much better           Its Ok

I updated the app and can no longer purchase tickets I tried for several minutes while waiting for the train and got errors each time Now I have to wait 20 minutes for the next train This app is the same as DART horrible     Horrible app that does not work

Being able to have you pass on the phone is great Not having to worried about losing On the other hand the features on the app seem to have been down for months now Trying to find your bus train times has been near to impossible Please update your app DART I also have a recommendation please station recognitionsuggestions When searching Westmoreland station I get directions to the Midwest part of the US     Travel tools needs improvements

Sadly this is the most convenient method of buying a pass Unless you show up early to wait in line and buy a paper pass at the kiosk or spend a notsodiscounted price to get a longterm pass youre stuck with the app Being able to buy a pass ahead of time is nice but it cant be activated ahead of time If you forget to activate it youll get a citation Cool so I bought a pass and STILL got a citation Not to mention the TRE checks passes about once every 3 weeks so it can be easy to forget to activate your pass It is meant to prevent freeloadersif you want to get freeloaders off the train then check passes more often dont penalize those of us who actually buy passes Instead of having to activate it at the time of use the user should have to choose the time they want the pass for when they buy it Judging by the crappy reviews and lack of updates Im doubtful anything will change     Terrible

Still cannot get into the app I was sent a notification that it works Negative it doesnt still Im glad that I havent needed to purchase anything lately     App still broken

I got this app to use for work but it doesnt locate you I thought I had the location services turned off on it so I turned it on but when I went into the app it still couldnt locate me Back in the settings the location feature wasnt selected again The app is great if you want to compare prices on different ticketing options though        Needs major improvements

This app worked once Then after all it can say is no internet connection whether Im using wifi or LTE Typical of train or DFW transportation inefficiency     Does not work

App failed to start multiple times and would give an error and close Now the app opens but times out when trying to buy a ticket     App doesnt work

There is a bug where you allow the app to have location services on but the second the app reloads It gets turned off again Please fix this issue           Current location

App is constantly crashing unable to take payment even when payment is taken ticket they fail to show up on the app Customer service solution will tell you to open close app turn phone on and off and to reinstall app hopefully that works If not you get stuck showing the bank transaction of dart taking your money to the bus driver or fare enforcer on the train This happens all the time and bug fixes are not rolled out enough to combat these errors     DART is a company worth millions with the worst transportation app

Upgraded and my week old 31 day pass was gone 160 dollars out the window DO NOT UPGRADE until they fix this issue     DO NOT UPGRADE

Ive never had this issue until this morning and I had more than enough money on my card for the transaction My phone also had connection and had no issue connecting to other sites but I could not buy my ticket on the app and was forced to get off the train I was already on because I couldnt show that I had a ticket purchased and didnt want to risk getting a ticket causing me to have to wait for the next train Ive used this app a million times and have never had this issue Very disappointed     I had to get off the traintransaction malfunction

Once you activate your pass nothing else functions        Great for passes not good for much else

Its good for buying a day pass but other than that it has ZERO or actually NEGATIVE functionality The trip planner doesnt plan trips has no idea where you are contains no map and cant find extremely obscure locations like Mockingbird Station SMU and The West End Whoever is responsible for maintaining this app should be fired immediately     Almost Completely Worthless

App said that there is no internet connection when trying to buy or retrieve tickets Awful           App doesnt work

This is one of the most frustrating apps Ive ever used It is so glitchy I cant depend on it to be able to get anywhere I dont know what the problem is but almost every time I try to get a new ticket I get internal server errors or invalid code errors Useless     Theres a reason this app has only 1star ratings

Each time you buy a ticket it prompts for your password yet there is no password recovery feature so once you forget the password you cant purchase tickets with this app Its terrible Hugely inconvenient I wish this bug would be fixed so I could buy a dart pass without using the physical machines which can also be buggy     Terrible App

Asks for a password at checkout that was never set up initially Called DART and hung up after being stuck on hold No call back     Good for one use so far

Pros I can buy rail tickets without stopping at the kiosk Cons doesnt work well with passbook Trip planner doesnt seem to work I am forced to go to DARTs website a view the schedule on a PDF not the easiest to do on a phone        Wish it worked better

Generally works OK to buy tickets The Trip Planner which worked in previous versions no longer does Every time you hit the search button it gives an error If you try to use your current location the app cannot find your location even when location services are turned on Again this feature used to work but no longer does        Trip planner doesnt work

I wish I was able to tell you more about this appbut it wont even open Each time I get an error message saying the app cant initialize and to try again later In theory this would be a great app if it actually worked     Crappy App

Theres potential here Id like tighter integration with the Apple Pay for purchases and passbook for tickets Not very pretty but gets the job done        Potential

This app is junky I have been trying to buy a ticket through this app for 3 days now using my iPod Touch and my iPhone 6 and it keeps giving an error message that my Internet connection is bad My Internet connection is not bad How about someone fix this stupid app so it actually works like it was intended     Piece of junk

Go Pass updated to a new release yesterday 99 and now my tickets have been wiped out and will not redownload Ive reinstalled and reregistered my device to no avail I guess if I ride today Ill get a ticket from the transit police     App Broken

You need a code in order to use it But you never receive the code after you put your phone number     No SMS code

Just downloaded the app and bought a ticket in less than 5 minutes while I was on the train It was fast and easy Ill use this every time I ride the dart                 Maybe they fixed the bugs

Cant find a map in this software Shame Makes it somewhat useless to me as someone new to the city        Really needs system Map

I was able to buy a ticket with Amex while on the bus from airport to green line Better system than LAs TAP card but could really use apple pay and passbook support to simplify further Luckily I had google mapped and printed my route in advance so weak route planning wasnt a problem           Helpful for outoftown visitor

Some great functionality like ticket purchase and wheres my bus real time info but still missing elements to make completely useful For example there are no system maps or schedules in the app so you cant just see all the trains or bus routes or how often they come Also trip planner is not very good not seamless lots of errors both interface and results need improvement Still useful to have for ticket purchase and trip planning in a pinch        Useful but incomplete

No tech support when app feature fails no one cares or helps Major major problems go unresolved     Major disappointment

I cant add a new credit cards to file Keeps giving me these random error code Other than that it works great FYI this app wasnt meant to give transit directions etc Kinda why its called GoPass Try downloading Google Maps              Great Except

It used to locate my current position for the trip planner I loved it Super helpful Now it cant locate me it demands an address Not very helpful if you are on a random street corner Please fix this feature Thank you        App cannot locate my current position
