This is a well made app for learning all about foods Lots of terms in depth descriptions I think I knew it was a high quality app when I got to the Chiffonade card under the Cooking Terms deck and they included a reason for why using a sharp knife is crucial so you don t bruise the leaves obviously I love the Sushi deck where they list all the Japanese names for fish even some pretty obscure pieces and then the type of fish as we know it in English                     Complete with great descriptions lilsalad

This app looks incredibly thorough so far going to see what the girlfriend says when I hook up a gourmet feast this weekend                     Now we re cookin quest4knowledge
