This is designed mostly for Kindergarten and 1st Graders For your average kids in that setting this app is a good way to combine fun with education For students with special needs however youll need to be careful Some students with special needs may find this very enjoyable some may find all of the different tasks they have to do distracting or may struggle with the movement of the character Good for average students
The only problem is that the children play more than learn I wish the developers didnt try to make this app so much like a game Most of the time the children are running and jumping around in an area trying to get to various platforms and very little of their time is actually spent learning math We really tried to like this app but after seeing the children waste so much time playingjumping on moving rocks to get to the next platform we had to delete it Seems to be more of a video game than educational
My children enjoyed this game although it was a little difficult to get the controls working at first I also wish there were more ways for the children to earn coins rather than just moving through the levels like if they could earn coins by doing the math problems which would motivate them to do the math more rather than just moving around he map That would make it a much more educational gameas a game it is Fun and well developed I would like to see more emphasis on doing the math Fun idea and well developed but needs more reward for doing the math
I feel that this is a good math game for early learners preK to K It has many different math games to play but it is a little slow moving at times due to the difficulty with moving the person around Good content but could be great with a few tweaks Different take on learning math
I like the combination of gaming and learning math For my 1st graders it was a bit basic and difficult for them to stay engage on the easier levels Maybe a way to skip faster I also think it would be nice if the words were on the screen during the story so then you have reading as well CCA Valuable
This math app for the very young is lots of fun with colorful graphics and happy music The math problems are wonderful but I wish you could turn off the game and just present the math problems Some children had trouble manipulating Gozoa Fun and Motivating
I found this to be a good fine motor and motor planning app for my students They liked the game part the most and it was challenging for some of my kindergartners Cute
