I was using a more powerful task organizing system iqtell for a lot more money it went belly up for the money this is an excellent alternative I have converted my old system to this very quickly I wish they would make some improvements mostly to the mobile phone platform local sorts view tasks and tags Add some more functionality and I ll bump up to 5 stars                     Very good for the price i pod addicted fever

When I moved to a new organization i was given a MacBook and a corporate gmail account Try as I might I could not get Outlook to sing like I used to via Windows server I set out on a search to duplicate my GTD techniques in a Mac without Outlook GQueues was the answer It s not a one for one transfer of functionality I had to adapt and rethink a few things but over the last 4 5 months I ve managed to reconfigure my GTD system and task people all thanks to GQueues I wouldn t want to live without it now                     Happy with GQueues CrunchBMW

I really like the Way this app approaches organizing projects and tasks It is simple to use but can easily scale up two more complex projects managing several tiers of tasks within a project and allows you to organize projects within larger customizable categories I especially like being able to color code tasks While I don t use the task assignment function with my staff I have developed the hashtag feature to track assignments I ve given staff I also use it to organize my personal life using it to manage everything from household chores Bill payments party planning and Christmas lists I would have given it five stars except for these drawbacks I would like reminder system to have a more robust set of options to snooze reset the reminder and schedule multiple reminders for each task Difficulty re ordering tasks manually in the mobile platform                 Great cross platform task organization Thwarted Designer

love the service especially the real time sync with gcal i can move due dates in gcal and they update here much easier than changing dates in this app interface is a bit clunky for example switching between categories and organizing by due dates feels like three taps too many minor annoyances though otherwise this is mostly awesome                 mostly awesome illusionsart

This was clearly made for android phones First The views are bad you can t see subtasks without clicking through each task it s listed under unlike on my computer Additionally editing tasks is a major hassle as you can t edit a task without several clicks I just paid for the premium version of this app for my computer and was very bummed to see how the app worked for my iPhone I hope they fix it or else I ll consider moving to a more IOS friendly app         Great tool bad app Michaeloc5

I don t often shell out for an app but this is a great buy at 25 annually I researched thoroughly before deciding on this as my paperless task tracker Main reasons were the ability to group tasks in multiple levels solid integration with google calendar you can edit a task in calendar and it syncs right back to the app and the intuitive mobile app I absolutely depend on gqueues to keep me on task If it s not in gqueues it doesn t exist for me I chose to go a completely paperless office route and this is a critical piece of that I mostly use the app since I m not in an office a lot but appreciate the browser version as well The only reasons I didn t give the full 5 stars were that calendar integration is not 100 if you delete from calendar it doesn t delete from gqueues Also you can t do other things from calendar like mark a task complete or move it to a different queue although that might be outside the control of gqueues I would like to see more flexible smart queues Finally from an ergonomic stance I find myself doing a lot of tapping across lots of screen real estate on my phone to pull up say smart queues Some of this is getting super picky I know All in all it s a great app good job                 Works great VegetableGuy
