1 star because its a great app idea 1 star because it does what it says Reasons those are the only 2 stars There is very little content Can only use 10 letters in an entire tag Cant layer two sets of tag words like write graffiti and tagger in one pic They show fonts you dont get and cant get The randomizer isnt random at all It shows the same item groups over and over There is no support your emails return with fail notices You cant import your own layers or backgrounds or anything There is more Im just frustrated because most issues would be simple fixes or improvements Toonpaint is awesome though Hence my expectations were better Doesnt offer much
