Kudos to GR for launching this app Its a nice idea but in addition to the issue of moderation with which I agree I think there needs to be a better resolution summary Otherwise who knows if anything is being done about any of this I tweeted them about this but did not receive a response Nice idea

I dont think people realize that this is for the CITY of Grand Rapids not the entire metro area The CITY of GR doesnt fix potholes in Walker or Wyoming or GR Township Also the city doesnt care about your lost cat and you should call the police about a noisy neighbor barking dog etc This app is more about maintenance and city beautification This app desperately needs some oversight a moderator or a person who can delete nonsensical reports and reports about other cities Neat tool needs oversight

Nice to see our fair city making an effort to be with it on the App scene The App is a good one does what it claims to and makes citizen participation easier Good Work GR

This is one of the best things everI live in down town GR and this will help alot in keeping the city looking good To the reviews with less optimism things take time to evolve toward perfection in any new avenue This system will get there And to whoever posted the pig outside of the BOBIm with ya Great app Awesome ideagreat to see change

Some people are posting junk personal rants or test messages Good concept but needs to require accountability on who posts and some one to moderate content Needs moderation
