I m able to create tasks and subtasks with descriptions that give me links and references that are stored on multiple devices I used to use Producteev and Notes with a TO DO list everyday this is so much easier with due dates the ability to print and save I can even screenshot and delegate I m looking forward to an upgrade that allows us to forward tasks and invite people via email like Google Calendar I love is thus far                     I love it myDanni

I ve been looking for a while for an app that managed tasks that was simple enough to actually want to use but complex enough to categorize tasks per the different hats I where This does a great job at all of that It also syncs with my iPhone which was a feature that was important to me The one bummer and kind of a big one is that it doesn t sync with google calendar So it works as a task list but not as a day planner which would have been ideal For the price it s a great app and I ll be using it for a while until I find something that meets ALL of my needs                 I like it Ranselm

I use this app to manage 2 non gmail and 1 gmail Google domain s tasks I ve been using this app pretty heavily for the past couple weeks and it has worked flawlessly                     Fantastic App The Goat Spanker

I ve tried quite a few and this is the best so far It s easy to put items under categories and it s fast and user friendly I set up several gmail accounts one for each group of people who may share the task responsibilities The ios and desktop versions work well together and the large format for the desktop makes it that much easier to manage tasks There are still features I d love to see like moving tasks from one gmail account to another or alternatively selecting alerts on only certain categories of tasks Overall it works great for managing home and business tasks                     Best Task Program so far OverInCalifornia

This is a great App Only a few things I d like to see that would move my rating from 4 starts to 5 1 Have a way of accessing related gmail from the app 2 more keyboard shortcuts and 3 allow me to manually update it rather than automatically updating each time I change back to the App s window Right now I jump back and forth between gTasks and Google Tasks in the browser so I can access the related email to my tasks This is a key feature of Google tasks being able to link an email conversation to a given task Having that feature in gTasks would make this a killer app I m a little disappointed that there are not more keyboard shortcuts in the App I might be able to customize some of this with custom keyboard shortcuts but because custom keyboard shortcuts work with menu commands sometimes this may not work all that great Finally the update is just kind of annoying when I ve set a given view and the update resets it when I switch back and forth between gTasks and another app Not a big deal but it would be nice if there were just a button and a shortcut key to allow me to update the app when desired                 Very Cool App for using Google Tasks Captain J.Kirk T

I use gTasks Pro on my iPhone and iPad Both of those work with my corporate gmail gcal account just fine This app DOES NOT WORK with corporate gmail or any SSO provider And the developer has not responded to any inquiries It s a crying shame since gTasks pro is such a good app     AVOID IF YOU USE GMAIL FOR WORK desmoq

I ve tried a few and have been using the mobile version of gTasks for a while It allows for a syncing and b easy prioritizing by dragging items from one place in list higher or lower with the desktop app syncing with both mobile versions and google tasks which I don t actually use this is the easiest cross platform to do list manager I ve tried Can t think of anything it s missing                     All the bells and whistles and a breeze Wesley Dumont

Works great on mobile Downloaded for my Mac recently but it could not authenticate with my Google Apps account which is dissapointing Could be because my Google Apps account uses an external IdP but it works on my mobile so looks like a bug gTasks on Mac is new so hopefully they ll get this fixed soon                 If you manage tasks using Google you ll want this for mobile Cdner

This app is really awesome I can see my tasks on my computer my phone my tablet my watch all in sync I can even log into Google and look at my tasks on any browser I have many many options with my tasks for repeating them setting alarms and notifications The app is really robust and reliable Really I don t have anything bad I can say about the app right now Perfect Thank you                     Awesome nemajneb

Pros Clean interface Great that it syncs with google tasks Why does it not sync with google calendar like the iPhone iPad If it does can not figure out how to set it up In iOS it is simple to set up Color should follow the respective tasks so in all filters it is easy to determine source Why can t we have Overdure filter in the iOS series The interface should be the exact same in all 3 devices You can t edit lists like you can in iOS I inserted google calendar in the list hoping there might be an integration option and now I am stuck with a useless list with no integration How do you get rid of it I am coming from ToDoist which is identical on all 3 devices this should be a given Fix this ant I will raise my rate to 5 star Sheldon B                 gTask is great on iPhone iPad but Sbets0303

I use the gTasks app on the iPhone and it s great I got the Mac version hoping to get a bigger better version for a bigger price but I m disappointed It s actually easier to use google tasks directly PROS I like that it groups all tasks from any group into smart lists today tomorrow etc as in the iPhone app It s nice that you can work offline as in the iPhone app CONS Adding colors to task lists is nice but those colors don t show up anywhere on the tasks themselves It automatically adds a time when I give a due date and while there is a way to remove the time it s an extra step that is not needed It automatically adds an Alert time when I add a due date and there is NO WAY to remove this It also never seems to actually alert me at that time The only thing in the preferences menu is show overdue filter I need a lot more preferences for this price Default actions add today as due date etc It doesn t sync automatically you have to click a dropdown then click sync now every time I wish you could set the sync frequency There is no calendar view which is important when I want to see what tasks I have coming up and when There doesn t seem to be an easy way to add tasks and subtasks quickly for example hitting enter when a task is done and automatically creating the next task For the price I definitely expected more bells and whistles What I got however is not much more than a simple list Perhaps future versions will include an expanded feature set         Not much there stav415

I and I know many others have been waiting a long time for a good Google Task manager for the Mac It looks and works similarly to Yaniv s great app for the iPhone I guess my only complaint is I can t figure out how to manually sync without closing the app and reopening It also needs the ability to choose how often it syncs automatically if it does sync automatically I would also like to be able to see more of the notes in the tasks menu as I use notes frequently Thanks Yaniv for finally giving us what we need                     yaaay finally Applelava
