I love the easy set up Great pics Fun                 Love it

We bought this camera for our first apartment and spent two weeks back and forth with their tech support which is clearly people working from their homes because you can hear them eating and a TV on in the background We were told by John to delete the app forget the wifi redownload the app contact the cable company Etc Each time it was the same process repeated When we finally argued that the product was terrible the tech said he insisted that it did work and pushed us to his higher ups When we worked with Glen the man couldnt figure it out and says he exhausted all of his resources The only other thing to do was to contact the cable company but he couldnt be exact about what we should ask because he himself didnt know This product is a waste of 100 dollars and a sure fire way to get a migraine Dont bother just return it     100 spent on a terrible product

Super easy to set up Great features great quality camera images I initially set this up at one location Wifi network but then later needed to move it to a different locationwifi network After an initial call to customer service to learn how to do this they PROACTIVELY called me a few days later to make sure I was able to accomplish the move Who does that Guardzilla does Wow                 Great Device AMAZING customer service

I really like the new look and the additional information in the app These cameras make it so easy to check on the house and my pets during the day                 Like the new look Easy to use

Besides a few software glitches with the app shutting down by itself on multiple occasions when going through menu options my biggest complaint is when the alert goes off why dont I get an email with a picture of what set off the alert like dropcam has Also the siren is way too low I cant hear it in my basement from my second floor home           Good but needs tweaking

The app constantly lags when steaming the video 50 of the time there is a 814 second lag the other 50 it is nearly 2530 seconds This is a HUGE deal for us will probably take the item back     Lagging

Really easy to use have had this product when it was okay but with each update from the App Store its gets easier and easier to use                 Awesome

Called techsupport and got a gentleman named Jabari In 10 minutes or less he was able to set up my brandnew iPhone 6 Plus with three Guardzilla cameras He should be awarded a gold star and a raise for the very professional way in which he handled all my concerns I hope the Company recognizes him for a job well done                 75 year old Retiree

Camera worked okay when it actually worked The app is garbage I had to reset the camera every other day which takes about a half hour Now it doesnt even connect I am taking this hunk of junk back to Walmart tomorrow What a migraine headache nightmare this has been     Do Not Buy

We bought this to keep an eye on our dog and its fantastic Cant say anything about motion detection or the alarm feature but this will do the trick if you want a livelook into a room of your house a few times a day For half the price of the Nest that does the same thing it isnt bad at all                 Works great

All you have to do is download the app and then you can customize how you want to control your security system from your phone This means you dont have to worry about remembering if you armed your security system because Guardzilla automatically armsdisarms the system for you as you come and go from your house This system is also great for working parents because your kids phones can access the device as well So you dont have to worry about your kids forgetting to turn on the alarm                 Makes keeping your home safe so much easier

Setup was smooth and easy and I had the camera up and running in no time but the photos taken as a result of motion me walking right past the camera are always too late They show an open door but Im long past the entrance and theres no way to see who entered the house since there is no playback feature Will keep the system for now for its live video and 2 way speaker but this is useless as an intruder alert because of the delay in the photos        Easy and affordable BUT

My wife set up our Guardzilla in our sons play room We can both look in on him while were at work even talk to him if need be App is easy use highly customizable too Nice product                 So easy

Had problems at first with iphone 6 and the update Would check in on a camera and it would be black screen If I unplugged camera and plugged it back in then it would work fine Happened a few times so I called their excellent customer service They helped me reinstalled the app and both cameras as new make sure camera is next to router at first for installation because my wireless printer was messing my installation up Everything is working fine so far I just want to say if you have any issues the customer support is awesome Ive called them a couple times and theyre super helpful and nice I download the iPhone app onto my iPad too works fine                 Love the update

Im really liking the camera But Im having problems with the notifications           Notifications

This was working ok but with the app upgrade this is no longer working Im stepping through the steps and hoping it will take at some point     Upgrade killed my camera

I love my Guardzilla It took me all of 2 minutes to set up and download the app and start using it I have it set up by my backdoor and I can monitor when my high school aged children come home while I am at work I love the peace of mind it gives me to check in on my kids I highly recommend it                 The BEST and easy to use

This is a great security system I have 5 cameras and love them One suggestion would be to upgrade the Guardzilla app to include split screen monitoring of your cameras simultaneously                 Great security system

Guardzilla was working fine but somehow the lens went out of focus then after 3 days sitting on the shelf now the camera is not working     Guardzilla Is Not Working

only 10 ft away from the router it says week signal could not arm it it is useless I am gonna return the camera     does not work
