I use GuidePal to find food and attractions any time I m in a new city It s everything I need in a travel app                     Great for traveling to new places Brandonsterman

While living in Madrid I traveled to twenty two countries The app website is done by locals and is truly spectacular I have never once been steered wrong by the suggestions If you are going abroad be sure to download the versions of the cities where you are going because you can access the app without Wi Fi If you love to travel and get a local perspective while seeing the major sites Guidepal is a must                     I swear by Guidepal Lady in "Reading"

I ve never had an app capable of actually making my phone freeze Until this one If you put your phone to sleep while the app is running and open it again not only does it freeze up your phone for about 45 seconds even the home button doesn t work which is NUTS but then after the app doesn t work whatever screen you were on e g Things to see displays as blank When it DOES work I found the actual info valuable if sometimes terribly spelled The problem with crowd sourcing tourist info Most tourists are idiots     Buggy as hell 4oovak

When this app works it is brilliant The guides are funny well written and informative Their list of locations is really inclusive of all the major highlights and even some smaller local heroes legends It also does a good job with the translation of names to English However there are SO MANY BUGS It freezes all the time erases my data randomly and downloading the guide to use off line does not work which renders this app almost completely useless for travelers It s not so bad that I won t try it again on future trips but they really have to tweak their issues Just getting the offline guide to work could bump it up to a four star even with all the other bugs maybe even a five             Too many bugs TaraChill

Great app in theory I purchased the Paris guide on my iPad for 5 or 6 figuring I could get it on my iPhone as well Nope Have to pay another 4 because it doesn t know how to link accounts or whatever I wanted to download the map to my phone bc I don t want to carry my ipad around Paris so I just downloaded the Triposo app and got it that way Another thing is that at least on ipad it crashes like 7 times in a row when you open it until it finally works properly     Could be way better JBassett9
