For less than a standalone unit I now have headphone amp on my iPod touch for my Fender Squire with echo and chorus too Gigaware mic and track control cable 999 at Radio Shack This app 299 Total b4 tax 1298 Clip the mic to the plastic on the back of guitar plug headset into adapter provided plug cable into iPod quick dirty For 13 and no soldering what a bargain It would be nice if a future release had the ability to play to stored music and feed into a recording app Still you cant beat what you get for the price today Works with a solidbody electric
Reminds me of the old Tom Scholz Rockman Very clean Distortion could use work a little too tinty but the chorus and delay alone make this a nobrainer for anyone that playes accustic without a jack Kudos to the developers on this one 1010 Wow very impressed
I purchased and installed this app on my 3G After having been burned by the POS Jam amp I was definitely skeptical I used my guitarbud cable and my electric guitar plugged directly into my iPhone and it worked pretty well Again the input level is a problem with the iPhone and you need to adjust your volume accordingly I really liked the ease of use the very good distortion and chorus sounds the app produced When somebody figures out how to control the mic input volume for direct plugins to the iPhone this will be a stellar app For 3 you can 150 worth of guitar pedals and rock out without the cops showing up A good value for guitarists
Needs ability to record effects I cant believe this app is so far back on list of popular apps This is one of the coolest apps I have Wilthout headphones this app is worthless You have to use the headphones and some of the effects sound amazing Needed for update update pedals look at iShreds pedals needs record option I will pay for new app with these features when I find one HINT HINT DEVS Very Cool but

I like the layout simple to use save your presets record the distortions dont have enough gainoverdrive for my tastes no metronome no copy and paste to other apps like FourTracl the effects are few RiotFX has far better effects though it doesnt have as many features yet but the developer is working on adding them Not bad
This is probably the best thing ever made for iPhone the effects sound just like any effect on my pedalboard for my electric I admit at first I was a bit skeptical about how well this would work but after using it for the first time I was left speechless Get this app Must have for any guitarist beginner or pro Completely amazing D must have app
When I tried recordingall it made was this screeching sound that really hurt my ears Not good
