What is the point of an app that has one function to check in before leaving your house that doesn t even do that one thing I deleted almost immediately This app is unusable GreggFromVirginia
The first time I tried using this app and checking in before arriving at the salon it gave me an error message It s useless and it s stupid for anybody to release an app for a major chain that does not work Ridiculous This wasted my time HCCalum

I already have a client card and number On the registration tab of the app it specifically says to enter email client number or phone number to register App wont take either Deleted the app Wont allow me to register with my customer card

The app does nothing It found me and wants me to create a password but gives no ability to create a password so I cant use it Waste of time and phone space Dont bother
The place to enter your email address shows up sporadically I had to toggle tofrom salons in order to get the place to create a password to show up And after all that not a single salon accepts online checkins I guess hoping for an electronic barcode to replace the stupid key tags is too much to even hope for at this point Would have loved if it was an actual useful app Oh well Glitchy

Just so everyone know who are giving bad reviews I am a stylist that works for the company and they are working on this app now All the salons are getting touch screen computers within the next few months and that is when the onlineapp check ins will go live S hang in there because its going to be awesome Hang in there
Could not find the one i go to Online or thru app check location by app but cant find store Stores promo sign says to use this to check in but none of them in area can App should say fl locations only So till stores get in this is mot worth it in PA Locations

I was invited to download this app based on having my hair cut at the store at US 19 Curlew in Palm Harbor When searching for the store it searched clear to Orlando without locating my store Im deleting the app Let me know if you correct the issues Locations
