Simple to Use and was exactly what I needed Random name generator is great when trying to select students to read answer questions or other tasks This keeps students on their toes because they never know who will be called next You have a choice of allowing duplicate selections as a result students must continue to be aware as ones name may come up again I use my iPhone for countless tasks when in the room so having this app allowed me to be more efficient Didnt like having to carry around a container with student numbers to do the same task this app does by simply pressing DRAW                 Teacher Perspective

It would be 5 star if you could manually order the items in a list              I really like this app

This app has more to offer than an easy to use GUI it required imagination to how see how iit can be used That seems to be beyond some of the people who rated this Im sure making it pretty to look at will increase its appeal to some Me Im just happy with the functionality                 Look beyond the GUI

All comments aside from the pinheads who undermined this developers efforts by writing useless reviews WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING AT THE APP this is a very elegant app Even if it has limited and specific utility it comes with several innovative features that can be read about in the description The ability to draw random names from my address book was what attracted me I love it                 Simple but Powerful and Useful

I have had this app for so long that I dont even recall what I paid for it but it was worth it because I still love using it Anytime I dont want to make a decision which is much more often than I care to admit I just enter the options in here and let it pick I have created lists for a multitude of not so serious things like picking which category I want to do in QuizUp or choosing which Golden Girls or Fringe episode I want to watch off my iPod or to narrow down which restaurant we pick for dinner Weve used it instead of drawing out of a hat for Christmas exchange presents Studies have said that every decision we make tires out our brain a little bit so we should eliminate minor decisions and save that brain power for important decisions something both Mark Zuckerberg and the late Steve Jobs cited as reasons they would wear the same basic clothes every day one less decision to make This app is perfect for fulfilling that duty                 Does exactly what it says it will do and does it well
