I tried to be open minded about this program we used the old version very often However what is the point of the option to filter by Active properties if it continues to pull all properties This is a terrible upgrade does not work properly and will definitely push users to others programs I have a question to the designer Did you even bother to test the app before taking it live     Terrible

Please fix this The old app was fine and did exactly what people needed Now map component is really poor and one cannot tell which property they are viewing Information and filtering is difficult Please fix or at least bring back the old version     App update this year makes it nearly unusable

Somehow I feel that the old version was more pleasant to work with        Like the old version better

Long story short this app has many issues After talking with the developer and actually being a part of the beta testing I can say they really need to start from ground up With every new beta I tested the app had new issues or worse then before issues Stay away from it there is much better out there     Beyond repair

This new version of the har app is totally useless and ineffective Which surprises me because the previous version was excellent What happened har Did you hire someone new or a new app developer What a mistake I dont mean to be too negative but when an app goes from being awesome to being useless and terrible something went very wrong Many realtors and investors have shared the same sentiment with me Lets try and correct this ASAP and trash this new version Can I revert to the previous release somehow     New version of app has major issues

I hate the way they made this app You want to look for active listings and it shows all the sold ones too So annoying I liked the older computer version better map search was my favoritenow its a nightmare All the sold listings on top of the others Its so crowded and no user friendly at all     Horrible search tool

HAR this app needs a serious redo Useless in current form so I am deleting from iPad until a functional release is available     Not an improvement

It is a completed disappointing update The app works funny The software team did not test it before release The search criteria did not do the job Please remove this update from the market Very careless release     Very bad for this 2nd update

The most recent update made this app infuriating to use It takes forever to load searches The map feature pretty much resets itself and ignores your selected search area And once you click on a listing from the map search good luck clearing the listings photos to get back to your searcheverywhere you touch takes you to the zoomed photo I literally had to go get my computer to conduct my search     I no longer use this app

I dont see what everyone is complaint about The app works just fine for me Maybe they are running older devices or havent updated them in a while              Works for me

Sure its pretty but the functionality is horrible Links in HAR emails wont give you a option to open in the app anymore You need to do a manual search and good luck with that No option for location services for while using only Really disappointed The old version was excellent     Terrible update

The new version is horrible The overall layout to every function particularly SEARCH And the map is bad Was this new version even tested seriously     Please revert back to previous version

Like other have said app was fantastic before the upgrade Anytime you zoom into an area all the houses disappear Even if you zoom out or search again not a single house shows up unless you exit to the main menu PLEASE FIX     Used to be good

I find house for sell in Houston so Im not sure whats thats about but the new update is really bad I cant seem to click off a house and get back to the map Please fix it and beta test the new new version first     Dont like the update

This is a nice looking app with a few nagging features like map auto zoom and pan that doesnt ever seem to agree with where I want to look But after struggling with it for awhile I actually managed to find a few homes that I was interested in so I tried to contact an agent Filled out all of the fields with my information and hit send And nothing happened Is there a version of this app that will actually let someone connect with an agent being developed somewhere     But what if I actually want to buy or rent a home

The new update is horrible It does not function correctly and its so much harder to navigate The map search for example Once you use the map search and click on a home it pops up photos and description right away BUT you can NOT get back to the map to look at other possibilities I have to reclick list then back to map to clear the previous home Filter options stink Worst update ever     HORRIBLE Do NOT update

The original worked faster and smoother than any version or update thus far     Slower and Glitchier with each new version

This app crashes continuously and is not worth downloading Did they have a group of high schoolers doing the update for extra credit It is not consumer friendly navigation is atrocious and you have to do your search over numerous times Keep the old version You will be glad you did     Do Not Update To The New Version

This update is pretty much unusable in my search for a new home Basic functions like filters do not work correctly in many cases so I either use another app or am forced to use the web site Previous app actually worked this version should be removed     Big Step Backwards

You had a good app last May then you implemented a disastrous upgrade Three months three additional upgrades and 100 horrible reviews and you still dont get it This is a bad app that needs to be deleted Although there have been some minor improvements since your initial June rollout you are still a long ways away from having a user friendly app The map wants to zoom to houses that I have no interest in Please do all of your users a favor and return to previous version     App Impossible Reinstate spring 2015 version

What happened to the previous app This new version makes no sense and is very difficult to use Instead of making it more user friendly it has become nothing more than an aggravation Fix it or bring back the original     What happened

No update here This was downgraded in a major way Im no longer a mobile broker I have to use the desktop version to handle business because this app is crap     This is a complete downgrade

Overall its pretty good But the find homes around me function NEVER accurately finds you So you are searching manually anyway Fix that and 5 stars           Needs work

Several months ago HAR launched a new version of their website and subsequently their app with disastrous results Rarely do you see an upgrade this inferior to prior versions HAR used to be a great resource Now its nearly unbearable to use Ive switched to the other RE apps To be fair theyve made some major improvements to the upgrade so it is almost usable but still not as good as the old version I still had that on my iPad but recently was forced to upgrade because the better older version wouldnt even load Map doesnt zoom properly and you cant search nearby I was searing in Cypress and the next thing I know Im looking at some island in the middle of the ocean School ratings are useless an inaccurate Why not use Great Schools Cant search by school ranking Cant use all the filters the website offers Short sales are difficult to identify Pleasefix this     If it aint broke fit it

This new version is not functional and is not nearly as good as the old version There are plenty of nice new features but they were poorly implemented All in all great idea poor delivery New version even worse What was wrong wit the old version It actually worked and was designed fairly well What ever happened to if it aint broke dont fix it     How do I get the Old version

This was previously the best MLS app in Texas but now it is a buggy and broken mess If you are still able turn off autoupdate     Broken app

Apparently the developer thought about the consumer more than the realtorswhy all these pictures and colors this is not a gamethe old one was not just good it was excellent     Disappointed
