This is a great great app for staying on track with the HCG diet I ve done this diet several times and know how it goes but this app has really helped with identifying what is OK and what isn t I m seeing much better results this time around then previously and I really think it is due to being able to track my food weight doses glucose exercise etc all in one place I think the fact that it also offers phase 3 and 4 tracking will also help with continuing the process in the long run which is key with this program There are some things that could be better from a GUI perspective but everything you need is right here                     Love it Vbeth27
