Years ago when my mother was recovering from cancer she told me about a meditative mental exercise she did at night taught to her by Dominican Nuns which helped her both heal and sleep I practiced it too off and on when stress from work or kids or just a restless mind would keep me easily falling asleep Then I came across this app which does the job so much better than I was doing on my own I ve recommended it to my friends and even my doctor                     Great sleep aid K.E. I actually love this app I just can t imagine where and how it was recorded It sounds just awful I am a musician so this type of thing bugs me You may not even notice it I am also a certified hypnotherapist and the content and delivery here are great Very professional and put together nicely I just wish that he would have hired a real producer or engineer to record and master it For me the app would be well worth the trouble                 Great content poor sound quality CheriD13Stories

Hey Folks You can t go wrong with this app if you re suffering with chronic pain issues I was in a near fatal auto accident just over 2 years ago and nearly met my Waterloo was in trauma for many days since then I have plateaued and suffer with nerve pain fatigue and severe head neck pain I am on meds but they are not a complete solution so was elated when I found Darren s apps This healing app really helps and I will be listening to it often It s like having an acupuncture session of the mind as Darren helps me to release the pain signals that plague my body After listening to this healing session I just lye in my position for a long time and soak in the relief it brings to my mind body and spirit Please do yourself a favor and give it a try and let the healing begin                     Heal Of A Deal sherrysusan

OMGosh I have tried other similar meditations to help relieve the chronic pain I have from Lyme s and Fibromyalgia I used it faithfully for a week and was amazed This is the FIRST one that has actually worked I use it every night to help relieve pain as well as the one he has for deep sleep and a few others I highly recommend it It is well worth the small investment                     It is a MUST have for Fibro Pain suffers Finisht

This is a very well done product and I have found it helpful I recommend it However the app has been unpredictable on the audio settings if I set the volume with my headphones on then close the cover of my iPad the volume suddenly goes way down The app volume cannot be adjusted by using the volume button on the side of the iPad the volume has to be adjusted within the app controls When I open the cover the volume is loud again so I just have to guess where to put the volume level and keep opening and closing the cover until the level is correct after I close the cover Not exactly what you want to be doing just before trying to relax It should become easier to guess the correct volume level the longer I use the app however I have a couple of apps by Darren Marks and I have found this issue in others and the correct place to set the volume differs depending on which app you are using It s less easy to remember where to set the level if you are using several of his apps I also found the app was turning off whenever the cover closed or reducing the volume to such a level that it seemed to me to be off Since I use this just before falling asleep I needed my iPad screen to turn off automatically and not stay on all night I had to play with the settings on the iPad while considering the quirks of this app Eventually here is what worked go to settings choose the auto lock in 2 minutes option choose pass code lock ON choose iPad cover lock or unlock ON This will allow the recording to continue to play after you close your cover and still automatically turn off the bright screen so you can sleep in a dark room Even given these drawbacks if you feel the product would help you and are considering purchasing it don t let these issues stop you I hope they will update the app to fix these issues                 Great content minor tech issues Well Focused

This is a great guided meditation that has really helped me with chronic pain as well as insomnia He has a great soothing British accent and it totally puts me in a trance I have bought several other of his apps and this is my favorite The sound quality is much better on this than Total Relaxation which is great but is way less polished than this one Thanks                     A must have for chronic pain sufferers B&J1998

I was skeptical not because I don t believe in hypnosis but because I thought it doesn t affect me The thing is I fall asleep when I just start listening this app and even so I did it more than once I still don t know what he is saying and I am curious I tried 3 times yesterday and found myself waking up in an hour or two without remembering but few min of that session                     This thing works for me Alensvetlana99

I have lived with chronic pain from a motor vehicle accident for almost 16 years During this time I have spent tens of thousands of dollars on every type of alternative therapy including massage acupuncture chiropractic injections etc to relieve my pain My pain doctor had been able to relieve some of the pain with high doses of narcotics and I have been able to function semi normally Recently however I have become increasingly depressed from the amount of drugs I was on and the pain I had The narcotics aren t working anymore and I can barely get out of bed So I ve searched for alternative methods for pain relief online and decided to try hypnosis Once I began using this app my pain decreased dramatically and I stopped taking several tablets daily I am now progressing on eliminating the other narcotics I am on I am feeling wonderful about getting my life back My husband and my doctor are both amazed I tell everyone I meet to try this app it s worth millions more than I paid for it                     Live again CRY BABIES
