As the promo says put your finger over the camera I can definitely say its my real heartbeat I have a random tachycardia and it showed the half missed and double beats However it didnt cope with them very well in 10 seconds my resting heart rate fluctuated wildly 60 then 80 then 72 then 40 But I cant say that an expensive heart monitor would have done any better if your heart is normal it is probably fine Decent app
