I bought this app immediately when it came out because I love going for hikes This was very easy to use and understand I loved being able to see not only speed but the altitude especially when hiking up mountains in upstate NY Being able to take georeferenced pics is definately a major benefit too Very cool

This is the best GPS app I have found for hiking It is so simple to use but does everything I need The best thing is it works entirely without cell or internet reception Sweetness

I have bought the Navionics nautical maps and have been able to download the charts and use them with GPS only when Im outside of cellphone coverage I was very excited to see Navionics do something for hiking and downloaded this app thinking it would do the same but had to delete it immediately The app doesnt allow you to save any maps to use outside of cellphone coverage so I wasted my time Its one of the worst apps Ive ever seen and wish I could give it a zero stars Doesnt work if youre off the grid

I have other nab apps but this is the balls I use it on an iPhone 4s with no problems Great
