Hiking Arches National Park

This app really needs even the most basic GPS nav support to be useful     No GPS integration

All of the Tua Outdoors hiking guides are great in that they provide you with what you need to get a good overview of whats available hikingwise in a given park There seem to be plenty of apps that give you your GPS coordinates and that have the ability to track but barely any that show you the trail overviews This app fills that gap very well To be honest I use my Garmin Oregon on the trails themselves and the iPhone goes in my pack This app does not NEED GPS tracking because the maps are not the type of maps that function that way They show you the basics but thats exactly what I want But in addition to the basics they do an excellent job of covering the key areas of the trails Theyre like miniFalcon guides I recommend all of them                 Exactly What I Need

Since I first wrote the review below this company has come out with a new app that covers the 5 national parks in Utah It is only 1 more and I think well worth the extra buck I think the ratings are pretty acurate I agree with most of them Ive hiked most of the trails in Arches There arent too many hikes in the park but this app seems to cover them all Reading the descriptions on the hikes it appears that the person at TUA Outdoors who wrote them has hiked the trails I like the weather forecast available from the app                 Like the ratings
