My wife and I have used Home advisor for several years now and it continues to get better and better Love the mobile app and the quick sourcing                 Fantastic source of good pros

Had a flood at 3am Used this app and the guy was here in 15 minutes Would definitely recommend                 Love HA

I entered my info and what Im interested in doing I got two phone calls from electricians in moments One wanted 59 to come out to estimate oh thats a low fee Now I cant delete the project so I assume the phone calls will continue as today is Good Friday I hate this app     Cant complete a project

Incredibly useful app if you own your homefind and get connected to any type of home professional within a minute or twotells you whos available gives pricing info etc I use this for home pros yelp for restaurants uber for car service etc                 Uber for the home

App well organized Easy to use After I downloaded it I looked for a specialist for the project that I need done It was after 5pm and got someone from home advisor They helped me A half hour later he called me and another half hour I he came assessed problem and gave me a quote                 App okay but behind app is superb

I had a plumbing problem Used the app and was given 2 five star plumbers One called me right away came out and problem fixed Really sweet experience                 Ive used this ten times now love it

This app give your info to anyone who the app found as a contractor because yesterday I download the app in my iPadAir2 and open it Register and just try it opening a project just to try it to see what it found The thing is that never found anyone in my area just Sears And even a Sears that it is litterally many thousands of miles away because it was in another state And today I just received a fing phone call from that Sears Without me even call or email them or do anything Just browsing the app Now another call and I erased the app because never found a way to closed that project I created just for the fun of trying the app And another call and another Download the app in my iphone but can not found a way to close the project Erased it again from the phone and the ipad Still receiving calls Fix this HOME ADVISOR YOU SELL MY INFO FOR HOW MUCH IM THINKING OF GOING TO THE FBI BECAUSE YOU SELL MY INFO APARENTRLY     I hate this app

Most of the things I look for have no options to pick IE I look up plumbers and there are none listed And I know we have plumbers in town Its just not a good app for me     Not very good for where I live

Never finds anyone to do the jobs I want I doubt house cleaners and plumbers in Chicago are really rare     Lousy service

I needed a plumber to fix my clogged kitchen sink I downloaded the app got 3 five star companies returned picked one and was able to create an appointment for tomorrow a Saturday 30 seconds later the plumbing company called me and they were available to come out this morning This was so easy and fast Ill definitely use HomeAdvisor again                 Really easy and fast

I like the app and the convenience that I can upload photos for my project I also received many phone calls for the projects I set up but theres no way to mark the project complete Home Adviser called me right after I started a project but when I wrote to them to ask them how I can mark a project done no one ever contacted me back Now I still have phone calls for my open projects              Cant complete a project

Have no idea if the app could locate a qualified lead for my home repair as it just crashes     App Crashes

I have had several projects done through Home Advisor and a couple done without Inevitably I could just kick myself when I havent used them Every single pro Ive worked with has been friendly prompt reasonably priced and did excellent work Otherwise its definitely a crapshoot I will NOT hire someone again without going through Home Advisor first                 Wouldnt work with it

Every room has problems their painting ended up to be terrible in every room our front porch steps arent level so now water pools in areas there are mistakes everywhere I waited 3 yrs to find a good crew to paint our entire home install some new lights add a new front porch on our Colonial Home install all new outer lights around our home install tile in the bathroom shower area we continue to find mistakes its so sad to spend all that money for nothing     My home is now ruined bc I chose Workers from this site

Ive used Home Advisor for years for a variety of jobs building a deck removing a wasp nest etc The contractors are always top notch and very responsive Ive had better luck with this company than Angies List And its free Even when I was seeking movers which is not the companys focus they made a referral to another similar firm Im glad to see there is a mobile app Yay Home Advisors                 Home Advisor is the best

Ive been using this app successfully for three years and after getting the last update and iPhone I cannot save notes I rely on the notes portion as it saves me from having to write things down I deleted and reinstalled to no improvement           Cant Save notes

I was able to get matched to pros and book an appointment with a pro right then and there No fuss and no hassle I will certainly use this app for every home need that I have in the future                 So Easy Convenient To Use

The app is ok home advisor itself is the problem Spend most of the time trying to get refunds for bad leads sales reps and customer service have no idea what is going May be good for some contractors but in home inspection its not worth the cost they charge per lead     Service poor
