The application is available in multiple languages: English, Danish, French, German, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Traditional Chinese. It weighs in at only 8.9 MB to download. Other reviewers might need a class in technology 101 but this app is GREAT If you login with your MLS login it gives you access to pretty much everything you would find on desktop version Very useful when Im showing properties and clients would like info on a home that I wasnt showing Also if you arent logged as an agent it wont show your client other agents contact info Overall its convenient Ps All of my listings show up p Realtor

All active listings are not showing up I would not recommend this to my clients and have them contact the listing agents instead of me Not easy to search listings need more search criteria All listings are not showing up

Great way to connect with clients Great connection

So Im at my open house this weekend and I decide to look and make sure my listing was showing up on this app Lo and behold its not there Neither are about 15 other listings in my near vicinity This app needs some serious work before I would even THINK about sharing it with clients Sounded great in theory but in practice it needs some more work I hope the developers can continue to make it better Listings not showing up

Lets me see what I want to see and contact between my realtor and myself is instant Fantastic

Im shock to realize the active listings are not current Very bad if this is what the general public is experiencing Yikes Realtor

Useless Does nothing it says it does App doesnt show homes

It is awesome how you can brand this app and then send and invite via email or text to your clients so they can install your branded app It also makes communicating with your clients about properties a snap through the app Superbly Functional

Why would I tell my clients to use this app when it has the listing agents name and phone number on every property How does this help agents

It is not too difficult to use but it cant search properties by address Why not Good app but

Outdated look and feel and Im not connected to my agent I was contacting a different agent Good concept poor execution

I wouldnt change too much about thisfor a mobile app to get me the info I need in an instance this is perfect If I need to get deep into data I have to log in and go to the real CRMLS site Love it

I know this can be a great app Its not picking up my own listing when Im sitting in the house Maybe my settings are wrong I would love for this to work 100 of the time Cant wait for it to get fixed so I can send to more potential clients Need a webinar to figure this out
