This app is great but it should be free to agents that already pay a subscription to the GSMLS Making us pay an extra 4999 a year on top of the 122 yearly GSMLS fee for the mobile version of your site is over kill You should follow NJMLS example and provide it free of charge to agents Should be free
Omg Just another way for GSMLS or Homespotter to charge agents yet another fee Please folks just use Zillows or Realtors map feature for free I prefer Zillows Then use the GSMLS mobile site to search the MLS number The mobile GSMLS site gives you exactly the same info and youre already paying for that membership Both Zillow and Realtor mobile sites have a real time follow me feature In Realtor it is called Scout In Zillow it is automatic Takes a just another min or two to type in the GSMLS number already found on the Zillow or Reator listing and you save yourself the extra 4740 for the year And you have all the extra info on Zillow like school ratings and tax history for example plus mortgage info This app does not include any of that extra info and they want to charge you for it The GSMLS services is in dire need of a map service which allow for real time location service but not as an extra cost to agents The map feature should already be free for agents paying for GSMLS membership Jim Weichert or whomever is in charge of the GSMLS service should hire better programmers and revamp the GSMLS website A mobile map feature should already be part of this service without the need to charge tech savvy agents extra for it Very disappointed that GSMLS cant find talented programmers to add map location services to their system and have to outsource to Homespotter then pass along that license cost to its agents Ok but Zillow has this beat
Totally agree with previous review Just totally useless Listing status are not updated Months backdated Just another way to rip off the agents
Functionality is limited very unstable cost is not inline with features Could have done more for less a lot less than 50 Seriously Crashes oftencost
Aside from having to pay more for this app it is limited in its ability and difficult to use Additionally it kicks you out and relogs you in every time you switch out of it Not recommended and I feel I wasted money on this Not a good app
This program is not current It does not update listings fast enough and it doesnt show enough about the types of listings The only reason its worth it is because the regular Gardenstate mobile site is awful Not Current
