It continuously crashes Its only worked right once Ive tried deleting it and redownloading it Theres no customer service Calls are forwarded to a cell phone and nobody returns the emails Theres no point in downloading this itll make you even angrier at the system after youve put money on someones account and cant get any type of return for your money The app is crap

This app has great intentions due to its convenience visitations in the comfort of your home is great However the app needs to be tweaked a little Since using the app the video call has not allowed a full video without some interruptions including freezing microphone issues and delayed responses Also it alerts you when you have a message but the downside is it lets you know hours later So once these issues are resolved I think this will be an overall great app Video Visit

Its a pretty good app some freezing and difficulty staying logged in but overall very convenient as you ca talk to your loved one pretty much at any time I do wish there was a way to initiate the call or at least notify them your logged on Pretty Good

The app wouldnt connect to my camera and I could only see my fiancée for about a minute and than it froze It still charged me for 6 minutes that I didnt get back The website work terrific on my lap top but the app I was very disappointed on Didnt connect to camera and still charged me for minutes

This app says person is not available But from their side says Im not available There are no menus only the status page Nothing is active App auks

Waiting to visit my loved one It seems to be better than having to drive for miles and the rate seems reasonable Its down right now but looking forward to it Hope this the last time I will ever need to use it Something is better than nothing and I know this will free up the deputies to focus on more important things Worried

This app is everything I never have time to actually go and visit my love so being able to see his face is just as good for me This is super helpful and much cheaper than phone calls and he loves it because he can see the baby grow Thanks to whoever made this Seriously Love love love

I am very thankful for this app I live a couple hours away from where my husband is incarcerated so my kids and I are able to see him when I cant make it to see him Plus you can leave one minute messages when he is not available HomeWAV

After paying for minutes the app has never shown me logged in with the jail I called Homewav got no answer or return call I called the jail and they say I dont show as logged in I have tried with a PC an iPhone and an iPad It doesnt work

I absolutely love this app and the ability to talk to my brother and my mom is able to talk to her son and it makes it a lot easier than having to always be on the laptop Thanks for making this app and it possible for us to communicate with our loved one Thanks This app is great

I had this app on my phone and it worked great Then when I got my new phone I re downloaded this app and it hasnt done anything right I got charged 10 min couldnt see or hear anyone Then I could no longer even see the person who I had on my account I called for help 6 different times and there no answers In fact she literally said hmmm thats strange i dont know then And ended the call with that Disappointed

I have had some problems with it but after the first couple of tries it worked really well Pretty good
