It is necessary to improve the experience by making the screen easier to move or able to zoom in and out You miss a lot of things The rest is quite nice simple you can improve fast and take more challenges not like those game that without money youll never gonna make it              Nice game but difficul to move the screen

If it werent for the ads it would be a good game I deleted it though because every screen change has an ad ANNOYING        The ads make gameplay a hassle

This is one of my favorites Its a welldesigned time management game with a robust improvementcustomization system to allow the player to tailor responses and shore up playstyle weaknesses Ive had this game for about a year and havent run across any major bugs or minor ones really and its still fun Best of all its an OFFLINE game Yes no ridiculous internet connections so its commuterfriendly You also dont need to spend real money you can earn everything with patience One of the best                 Excellent game

When I opened the app a white blob appears so I deleted it and downloaded again but it had the same thing it had before hate it right now but over all looked kind of cool        Bad Glitch

I just purchased muffins with my stars to open the next hospital and it did not work It took my muffins and kept the hospital closed Now I need 187 muffins instead of the 62     Rip off

Pros nice and fun Its also funny in its own way theres a patient that looks like Albert Einstein that you get to treat Graphics arent bad Interesting scenarios matching ugly patients with blind patients and trying to get them to fall in love Cons No matter how much you level up the skill points that you earn wont matter because after a certain number your skills begin to plateau making the leveling boring because theres nothing to invest in if you cant get any better less rewarding Constant loading screen              Not bad

Theres nothing to do after the grad school I clicked everything and nothing Just staring at the city is all itll let me do     Wow

I love this game and would easily give it 5 stars if it would quit resetting my level My stats like the number of days played patients cured killed etc keep increasing as they should which is nice I got to level 47 or 48 then the next time I played I was at level 1 back at med school I thought all my stuff was gone so bought all new equipment then got to the third building and found it all set up with the old equipment then I had too many Either way I started playing again because I like it so much got to about level 25 and the game reset again Now all my stuff is gone again Ive finally reached the third building FOR THE THIRD TIME its empty all my equipment is gone Oh and I cant repurchase or use the que 4 for the dr or nurse or que 8 for the dr they show up as sold out and restoring purchases doesnt work HELP Im using an iPad 2 to play this please fix     Will give 5 stars when fixed

Every time the game loads to get to doctor 101 it crashes     It crashes

I left one of my building to go another several times I didnt pick back up my beds and equipment and I lost everything there I lost 6 beds many plant special equipment and VIP chairs Other than losing all of my stuff it is a fun game           Where did it go

Game freezes a lot if you have to use diagnostic machine mainly with pregnancy Is fun but you dont get all the credit Level 100 seems to be highest Enjoyable game though except for Research Center Kind of dumb           Freezes

The beds are cool but I dont like it when your beds disappear either the trash that the customers leave that takes of time and you end up losing the game           Beds

Well the game is not bad at all I like it but it is so hard to get the another hospital opened I am over level 30 but still in the tiny clinic And it is very hard to get the muffins Sigh           Not a bad one

The game its self is fun But my muffins disappear all the time Oh and there is NO way to get app support Also the game has some major glitches Need some updates And would be nice to have a help section One that explains the tools and patients better Oh yeah and you cant see the whole place at once if you need to Like I said needs improvements           Good game

My doctor character keeps disappearing It seems to happen when I am touching the screen too rapidly which is quite common in a time management game and therefore Ive hardly made it through any levels Terrible game     So buggy its unplayable

used to love this game when I first got it but now it is just too hard that I can barely even play it im good like I know Im good at games but this is too hard I cant even do it maybe try making the patients happiness last longer because I know Im not the only one who thinks that this is so hard and annoying not playing anymore but the first 15 minutes of playing this game were really fun until it just got way to advanced specially by the second doctor building its just crazy please fix it        too hard
