Hours Time Tracking

I love the app so far for tracking the time I spend on particular tasks for my business I try to always keep on track with my time spent building the furniture my clients ask for and this does a great job of that as well as making my future estimates more accurate I dont have an Apple Watch yet so I cant attest to the validity of any of the other reviewers regarding the Watch and I havent seen it crash on me yet The only suggestion I have for the designers is that they make an iPad specific version so that the screen isnt sideways when you try to use it especially when inputing the tasks clients etc with a keyboard                 Almost Perfect

This app is exactly what I was looking for I needed something that would help me track the amount of time I spent on different projects this does the trick You can customize the different projects or tasks that you want to keep track of Its as simple as clicking on the task name to start the timer and clicking it again to stop it The app has the ability to log your time in blocks as well or manually change times so when you forget to switch projects its easy to correct Reviewing your time is easy as well just click on Reports specify the timeframe and youll see how long you spent on each task You can see how much you spent per day week month any timeframe The ONLY change Id like to see is a way to organize projectstasks It now lists them in the order they were created but Id love to see the option to sort alphabetically If you need to track your time based on different projects or tasks give this app a try              Makes tracking time easy

There seem to be some problems with iOS 9 It was working fine but Monday is time sheet day Tapping the gear menu results in a hang after the Utilities panel displays Most of the time it crashes a few times Ive killed the app Eventually it let me tap reporting and send the CSV out successfully Not sure if it will happen again or not           iOS 9 issues

This app is changing the way I work UI is the absolute best Ive tried all the other apps but this one beats them all I love the editing feature All the colors are nice too I wish I could pay for this Can I please                 One of the greatest apps on App Store ever

I find this app easy to use because of its simple good design Im amazed at how easy it was to export a summary of my hours and email it to my work email                 Easy to use

This is a very helpful app for tracking hours I like it better than the company software because it will nag me with notifications that remind me to turn on a timer in the morning or turn off a timer in the evening Hoping that additional features will be added in updates but asis it is still a pretty sweet app              Helpful

Just this Why didnt you include an option to chain timers together That single option would really out this rather mundane timer over the top it would become absolutely essential for public speakers instructors probably anyone who needs to set timers to silently remind of a end of phase or incremental part This could have been a truly useful app        Needs more work to be truly useful

This time tracker is so far the best on the market no other tracker comes close with the design usability and the multitude of other small but useful functions One of the best apps Ive ever purchased definitely                 Very useful app

Great app Easy to use And works great with the Apple watch Id like to see the ability to add a reminder if a timer has been running longer than an hour Id also like to see a timer complication on watchos2 but that isnt out yet so Im certainly not holding it against the devs And the other thing Id like to see is the ability to mark a day with an all day event Specifically Out of the Office Anyway go ahead and get this app if you need to track time for any reason The export function is awesome                 Indispensable

I have used several time tracking and pomodoro apps but seem to find my way back to this one It is easy to use and doesnt have all the extras that i dont really need The folowing features would be really helpful 1 a way to set an alert for each timer when running a set time 2 more colors 16 is not nearly enough others apps have dozens of colors 3 a way to visualize and compare timelines for several days at once These are the things i miss most and always seem to keep me searching for that perfect time keeping app              Almost there

Im an attorney and I was always losing a couple of hours per day because I didnt track my time as the day went by I tried to recreate the day the next day or even days later I love this app I enter my time as I go and I can go back and update it easily Of course I could use my firms time entry system the same way but this is easier because I dont need to be in front of my computer And I like the Apple Watch availability too I have experienced very minor bugs such as where the screen will collapse and you cant seem to get it back to fullscreen mode So I just shut the app and reopen it Not the end of the world The only thing that would really help is if clients could be alphabetized I have a lot of clients and I always need to hunt for the correct time At the end of the day I just send a report to my assistant to enter into our time entry system and that is that Im capturing much more time and much more accurately Very happy              Nearly Perfect

A few bugs to work out but the best app for time management yet I do interior design all over NYC and this helps keep billing organized                 Amazing

I rarely give reviews on apps but this one deserves it Ive been using HoursTracker for 10 months and its fine but Ive started using Hours and it is much better The graphical display of timetracking information its very helpful and the navigation is intuitive                 Intuitive Excellent

Love the app use it every week to track my work and home projects If you need a time tracking app and are hesitating buy this app Only 2 cons from a whole package solution perspective waiting for a Mac or online piece to easily access and update data when without the phone Also would love more builtin data visualization rather than exporting to run through excel These cons dont take away from this iPhone app being a compelling and useful app I use regularly                 Must Have for Time Tracking

It looks so polished It works great when it works Thats the problem though It doesnt always work Sometimes it says I still have a timer running after Ive canceled it from the widget When I go to the full app to verify Ive turned it off I see the timer still running followed by it deleting that entry I cant take this app seriously if it deletes my time Ive entered which is really disappointing because I like the app for the most part Beyond that most important feature earning it one star I also put in a feature request a while back that hasnt been solved yet I shouldnt have to change the start or end time of a segment minute by minute I should be able to adjust the hour instead of tapping 60 times Edit They still havent fixed these issues Sad to say it but its time to uninstall     I want to give it five stars but

Ive used several time tracking apps this is by far the best It is the most intuitive and the most reliable robust and aesthetically pleasing Further Tapity is continually improving it and broadening its reach in terms of devices and functionality I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a time tracking app                 Simple stylish competent

I use this app regularly to track multiple projects as well as vacation days Ive found it to be intuitive and I like the Note feature to jot down a reminder of the specific tasks Im working on Nicely done                 Great for multiple projects

Updating my review and star rating Had issues with the app crashing but support spent a lot of time trying to fix it and finally narrowed it down and found the issue Told me how to fix it and all started working again My guess is that a future release will include a big fix for the issue I ran into there was a time entry with no assigned job Anyway I cant believe how efficient this app is when tied to FreshBooks It takes two great products and makes them even better together Theyre both more valuable together than apart I used to stress about keeping track of time and then invoicing for it but now I do it weekly and actually look forward to it Thanks for making such a great intuitive app                 Works great with FreshBooks

I downloaded many apps both free and paid I dont bill my hours I write at home and wanted to keep track of my hours for my own benefit Other apps werent as user friendly Also I like when it totals my time in a category for the day and doesnt just show the current block The timer is also much easier to use as each category has a different color In other apps it was much harder to tell when a timer was on and which thing u were timing Works great for what I need                 Love it mucho

I have many spheres of responsibility and have been using this app to track time in them Not to be paid but to help me balance my life a bit This app is great for that I wish the reports had a lot more control and that I could sync without FreshBooks but the UI is simple and beautiful and the app has really helped me to focus on what is important              Great if simple app for time tracking

If I could get past the apparent advertisement for Freshbooks some how locked in the task timer lists I might find a value in the app designed to track your time on tasks Geez get this sleepy item out of the appor tell me how to delete it     Delete Freshbooks item

This app is much easier to use then previous time tracking apps weve owned It is forgiving when I make mistakes and lets users adjust adjacent time periods with one tap Wellthoughtout interface                 Great user interface

I agree there are some little glitches here and there but overall this is saved me so much time Accompanied with the Apple Watch its a killer dynamic duo I used to do voice dictations to my notes app and then painstakingly go through entering all those numbers into a spreadsheet It would take me a whole day to do my monthly invoicing for my clients Now it can be done in one hour And that time will get shorter as I get used to the workflow When times got busy I had no time to send out invoices and they would have to wait till we were totally out of cash Then everyone was angry at me I estimate its already saved me thousands of dollars And my wife is happy again and I can live Trac my projects keep my clients posted                 Saves me and my marriage

Which is a musthave feature from my point of view The only way to delete projects is hidden and comes along with a warning scary warning that exposes the programer group as a bunch of scripting kids who I do not believe are capable of producing good software     Still no good way to delete records

The only tracker Ive found so easy to use that I actually use it on a consistent basis The Watch app makes a huge difference but even the Phone app is amazing                 Watch Phone and simple

I love keeping time with Hours it has made my Timesheet much easier to keep track of I am having issues exporting data via email which is currently the only way to export weekly or monthly reports of your time Would be nice to have an option to export all data to iCloud or DropBox              Very helpful needs better export tools

I have a tendency to get caught in my own mind or shift thoughts sporadically This helps focus my attention so I can get my work done Just seeing how much time I spend in my business task is invaluable              I Needed this Grazie mille
