Although the app does generate high frequencies it also generates significant aliasing low tones when it does so depending on the frequency The test also turns the audio on and off with a click for each tone which makes it impossible to know whether or not your ears actually picked up the sound or the click To some degree you can mitigate this by just using the frequency generator and ignoring the aliasing as best as you can but charging for this app until they fix these issues is insulting Essentially worthless
