I ve started a drinking game with Emily s apps every time she says altzo you take a shot this app is my favorite so far of the bigger stronger series it covers a lot of material and concepts from both top and bottom that really help my game but to be fair I only have this and game changers so far along with Stephen s regular sub sweep escape apps Every couple of weeks I come back and watch these videos and get new insights as my game evolves For people on the go its great no internet required can watch these anytime On top of that just watching a specific positions series over and over prompts me to try these moves even if I haven t had a chance to drill them which although they might not always work adds moves to my game If you have the money and love bjj these apps are a great investment                     Great larryt
