The app has a very pleasing aesthetic It is easy to use and the recipes are generally basic I wish they offered more complex recipes but it is the best sushi app out there nonetheless Great for beginner sushi makers
For what is sold as a cookbook they might as well name it after the two different types of sushi they show Put it this way they dont even have spicy tuna or California rolls Absolute garbage The screenshots basically show the entire app Do not buy Virtually no recipes

If you are looking to get started making Sushi this a good place to start The pictures are clear The app is uncluttered with extras There are enough recipes to keep you busy learning different techniques One style or type I feel is missing is Oshizushi Pressed sushi This is a blockshaped piece formed using a wooden mold called an oshibako It is a very pretty presentation when done right But all in all not a bad app 4 stars Good Basic Recipe App

I love sushi I have eaten it all my life even as a child but for what Im paying for it for quality sushi I think my boyfriend and I can make it at home especially since he is a high end chef But my cooking skills are not amazing This is a great easy app to show you step by step and picture by picture to walk you through the process I wish it had more free recipes but to start off they offer a lot I would also recommend saying what kind of grade of fish one should be using to eat raw fish and where are some good locations to find these groceries also sauces are key to my sushi with eel and spicy tuna Also maybe how to make your own wasabi Maybe videos from chefs Able to share recipes with other app users Sushi rookie

I have some other sushi apps and this is a great addition I like how this one has interesting recipes such as the chess piece roll among other Its easy to navigate and the pictures and instructions are super easy to follow I also like the fact that they use the correct terminology which you dont find on one of the other apps and its expert loosely used term here version Has me already planning which combos of rolls I want to make for dinner Love it
