This app allows for browsing and searching of the 24CFR in both the full text of the regs and in headers only When you find what you re looking for it is easy to hilight the relevant text and either bookmark it or email it to yourself or others Browsing is at the following levels Title Subtitle Chapter Part Subpart Section A search of the full text of the CFR can return a daunting number of results This is not unusual of course and skilled users will be able to quickly hone their searches or otherwise pinpoint the relevant search result after an educated scan I doubt this will be problematic since only frequent users of the CFR are likely to purchase this app To it s credit this app does offer a contextual search setting that allows you to limit a search to a specific section and its subsections It also features a Search Primer that gives basic instructions on how to limit the size of your search results using logical operators such as OR NOT etc There are three areas that the developers of this app could quickly make improvements First the left and right hand arrows used for nagivating between Sections should be supplemented with true finger swiping navigation Second the app currently requires you to signal a new search i e tag the search field and press the Search button when you are simply switching between full text and header search This should be automatic Finally a Home button is needed to quickly return you to the index of the CFR All in all this is a great app targeted to a relatively small group of specific users I look forward to using it frequently                     Excellent tool for program administrators NCJeeper
