Hue Lights

Works great with my new Apple Watch This is musthave app for anyone with Hue lights                 Super Hue App

It does all the Hue app does but if you want to do meaningful things like scheduling more than just 2 lights or lights you want specifically etc it asks for a 499 upgrade        Basic But expensive for anything else

This app has some really nice presets this is my default Hue app for sure Also great support if youve got any problems they got me connected back after I was having some issues                 My favorite Hue app

Animations create a nice mood Easy to turn on groups or individual lights A lot of detail provided Good app for Hue                 Great features

The stock Hue app is lacking in ways that you will only understand by using this app The real delight in having Hue bulbs is by dividing your lights into groups and having easy yet powerful control over those groups This app gives you that ability Last pointI think the approach to inapp purchases was very fair You really get a great free app and upgrading makes it even better                 First rate

This is probably the best app out there for managing a large number of lights and groups This is pretty much the only app I have used with my lights for nearly 2 years Other apps just dont work well with how I use my large number of Hue lights The Philips Hue app itself is ok for setting up scenes but this app is very nice to copy them and save them one manage them Using the scenes and groups from this app is very easy and intuitive With this app you can tweak the color values and brightness in an intuitive manner and even save as favorites and across multiple IOS devices If you try the free version you should see how powerful it is The addition of the Apple Watch options is very nice to they work nice on my watch very convenient I dont need to log on to the phone to make a quick color change                 Super app to manage your lights

I paid the 499 to open up all my lights and I find this app pretty close to being useless a There a bunch of light colors and scenes that I will never use b I cant delete any of the scenes that I will never use so all they do is clutter up the app c I cannot figure out what this app is supposed to do from a scheduling standpoint Every time I create my own scene and try to schedule it when I go to the Manage Schedules portion of the app it always show that there are no lights associated with the Schedule which I JUST CREATED using 2 lights Im not an idiot and work in an IT capacity and I cannot figure out what this app is supposed to do and how to use it to automate turning a set of lights on at a certain time dim them a couple of hours later and then turn them off at a certain time It looks like it should be able to do that but I sure cant figure out how to make it happen Is that a scene A Widget An Animation Overall there are too many different pieces lights groups scenes animations widget and no easy way to figure out how they all interrelate In my opinion this is a lousy app        Lousy app with two many pieces and poor explanation of what they do and how to use them together

Almost no control without additional purchase Couldnt turn 3 light bulbs on without paying 5 dollars Sick of apps pretending theyre free In app purchases are supposed to be for enhancements not to make the app work     Terrible

This is a must have app to include as part of your security solution for your house The ability to create schedules to turn on different lights throughout the house during the evening and night when I am on vacation is awesome Also the widget makes it handy to quickly turn on the lights without finding the app on the phone                 A must have app

I loved the idea of being able to adjust the light by Kelvin but the app is horribly glitchy Once I switched from the color temp mode it would never again allow me to select it The organization is pretty bad as well but Id have forgiven all if only the color temp mode worked     Very disappointing

They dont tell you this but once you download the App and then try to use the program you are only given two lights to test If you want more its 499 and what they give you after you pay you could set up yourself from the Hue Philips app in about 2 minutes Its a waste of my money to buy this app so I just deleted it     Not Free 499 Fee Not Good

It now limits the number of lights you can control unless you pay for more control They show provide a control for their lights This is bs     Dont do it dont upgrade

App connect to hue bridge but only function that works is to turn lights on or off Tried allyhe included scenes lights did not change color or run any animations Tried updating bridge tirning phone on and off and on again App simply does not work     Does not work

This app is deceptive as once its downloaded for free only two lights are able to be controlled Must upgrade to control all lights Deleting now     Deceptive fee to use avoid

The new widget works great This is so much better than opening an app and hunting for the right option to turn on my lights Overall this is one of my favorite Hue apps                 Widget is awesome

As always Hue Lights is one of the best apps for Hue However thunderstorm needs some work In strobe mode lightning is always blue Not sure if this is intentional but I would like to choose the color of the strikes In flash mode the lightning effects dont work at all Ive troubleshooted and I think it comes down to the app Again love using this app for hue but thunderstorm needs to be looked into              Wonderful app Thunderstorm needs work

Ive tried a lot of the Hue apps but this is the one I keep coming back to Its versatile and most importantly for me has an excellent widget that responds straight away some others are very sluggish for some reason Recommended                 versatile and best widget

I dont often write app reviews but this app makes an already fun product even funner Loaded with lots of great features and settings Hue Lights is on a winning path it really does get better with each update Ive tried other apps for Hue but this one offers the full package when it comes to total control The app design itself is pretty good has potential too But once you start playing with it youll have plenty of fun                 Best Hue Companion App

Ive been using this app for a while now It is great for everyday use The schedules and widget cover most of my common needs Having certain scenes activate automatically is so much better than grabbing a phone unlocking launching an app and searching for it I started using a morning scene to help me gradually wake up Overall it works well and definitely improves my Hue system                 Great third party Hue app

Has everything a hue light app should have and more Unfortunately the and more part of it doesnt work Being able to schedule a time for your lights to turn on is a great feature but it never works The app always freezes and I can never actually set a schedule for the lights to turn off and on Being the owner of about 15 hue lights this is frustrating Please fix this              Great app cant schedule a timer tho

I have a bunch of lights and this app handles everything I need Good support too My question was answered quickly Some of your colors arent matching the bulbs that well green or yellow You need to add a remote control option Hope to see more next year                 Super

Ive had hue lights for 4 years and tried every single app out there This is by the far the best one Ive found once you learn how to use it                 Ive tried every Hue app

Free version only allows control of two bulbs when most hue starter packs come with three Application is difficult to use allowing only two bulbs and you really cant test its functionality with that limitation In app Purchase is required to control 350 bulbs     Only 2 bulbs

The features on this app are great Widget changes the lights instantly Scheduling works every time Setting the perfect mood is a breeze Glad I downloaded this one                 Highly Recommend

Flashing all of the lights and looping through colors is pretty cool Its a good alternative to yelling for someone in another room                 Cool Effects

This app simple doesnt work well The user interface is beyond terrible It is in no way intuitive to use and it just doesnt work well Takes forever just to figure out how to do the simplest things No support and no manual Also drains iPhone and iPad dead in a very short amount of time I have multiple degrees including one in Electrical Engineering and I can tell you that this is one badly designed app Save your money     Terrible App dont believe the good reviews

New widget fits my needs perfectly I can quickly find the scene I want and turn it on or off with a quick tap App has a lot of features that let me get the most out of my hue lights                 Excellent Hue App

I can no longer control some of my HUE light offsite after I installed this app I uninstalled this app and reinstalled my Phillip Hue app again but I still can not control any of my Hue lights outside my house I paid for the full version     Say Good Bye to OffSite Control

Only problem is that on the scene manage page the edit button freezes the app Keeps happening              Very robust and awesome update

Your app stinks It has some great functions but I dont want every choice to be a light recipe or a scene Some times I want to just select one light etc and program it Make it easier to be used please then itll be great           Stinks

Needs landscape support I never use my iPad in portrait so it is frustrating that this app doesnt support landscape orientation It also would be nice to have a control panel with the buttons you could program favorite scenes to The constantly changing recently used list access gets annoying           Great app but

I purchased both InApp options on my iPhone 5 After I upgraded to the new iPhone 6 the App wont recognize my previous InApp purchases and wont restore them on my new iPhone 6     Cheated Out of My In App Purchases
