Wish I had read a few more reviews There are very limited audio files it says about 100 many seem missing Also no readings Since I purchased because I can no longer turn pages in hymnal I was very disappointed with how much isn t there         Too much missing Katdoerr

Only the most familiar hymns have audio files and where are the responsive readings I give it 3 stars if ever the complete hymnal comes out even at more money I ll give it another rating Until then it is better than nothing but could be better             Not bad for a partial hymnal AmerRuski

This app is great It doesn t have audio for the more contemporary songs but those don t set up well for a traditional arrangement anyway I typically rearrange the more contemporary songs like the ones by Bill Gaither or others written in the 1970 s for example more to my liking anyway You re more likely to find versions of those songs on iTunes For some of the much older traditional hymns this app is the only place I ve been able to find any audio Plus the purpose of the app is to provide the music for playing an instrument not listening to an audio file This app had to take a lot of effort to write because every song had to be individually charted Definitely worth the price                     Outstanding hawkaia

Having the book available on my tablet is great but it s missing a lot that is only in the printed copy As an example today we were to read aloud page 885 but it is not there actually most of these readings are not available if I wanted to grab the book to read from I wouldn t have purchased the app So it is a little misleading As for having the songs available yes this was a great purchase             Nice but missing Systmdamage

I ve played at my dads church since I was a little kid When I visit another church Its is a great resource to take if I m visiting a church needs something on the fly Many churches now have gone to lyrics only and do not have hymnals Thus this is a GREAT resource                 What I ve been looking for JGilk

The app is easy to use and very helpful for worship planning and trying out new hymns that may not be familiar The audio files for the more well known hymns are fine but it would be helpful if there were more audio files for lesser known hymns It would also be a great addition to have the audio files for the communion responses and other acts of praise and psalters                 Very Useful DancingPastor

Wonderful app Very easy to use read A hymn was written in an incorrect key so I emailed the developer but never heard back from anyone After iOS 8 installed app crashed every time a hymn is selected Now the app is unusable Please update         Please Update JeffThePianist

I m excited about using this app I just got it but have lots of plans of using it many ways I plan to use it at church for my 2 kids myself who are visually impaired I know we can use the large print Hymnals our church has but this app will be more convenient more so for my kids as they will be able to enlarge the print bigger but also I ll be able to teach them who are very young at home how to read sing the music as it s more difficult to learn than a regular seeing person does I also have recently volunteered to help with doing the Liturgist part of the church service as I will hope to use this app in the future for that as well as I have contacted the creator of this app says they will in due time add the rest of the Hymnal I ve also suggested more options for changing the background color screen brightness etc options as he has also agreed to attempt I m just grateful for the time hard work put into this the added music you can hear play is an added bonus                 Useful more ways than one huntinhic

I have enjoyed using this app the last few Sundays I emailed the author and was told that adding the rest of the responses etc would be happening next year 2015 That would the only reason I do not give it 5 stars Otherwise the app works great and I find it very easy to locate hymns and load them for the Sunday service This in conjunction with forScore is the perfect Sunday service combo                 Great App LLCampbell

This is poorly organized Pieces aren t even in chronological order A search must be done to find anything and nothing in the back of the book is included responses indexes etc Very sorry I spent my money     Not worth it greggsewell

This app is fantastic No more marking pages in the hymnal on Sunday I just set my bookmarks for the service and lead the hymns directly from my iPad Everything typeset and crystal clear Only thing needed is more indexes for service planning                 Great resource for worship leaders DBorg1of5

I loved this app even when it only had 300 songs because it is much easier to hold an iPad than the hymnal while singing in the choir It is so fantastic that we have all of the songs now I would have paid for the upgrade thank you for providing it as an update Worth every penny                     Fantastic StrakaFrau

We go to a church that rarely uses these beautiful old hymns This app is a lot of fun This is an excellent tool to enjoy singing at home if you enjoy these old classics The music accompaniment is very helpful A few audio files are missing but most are present                     Excellent Gazner

I like to include hymns in my devotional time This has both words and music so I can learn new hymns and enjoy old ones I have hard copies of many hymnals but they don t travel as easily The four part music is great to provide a basis for cords I can play on guitar                 Portable hymns DrPat73

I like the idea of having the hymnal on my iPad But it needs to be compete and there are errors in the words and sometimes music all over the place I will use it but for accuracy I have to check every hymn s text against the book Would be nice to be able to annotate or fix things as I find them also             Good but needs improving RBW1798

I just found this app before church this morning and was excited to use it It is nice to have the hymns on my iPad However only about half of the hymns are in the app The text is not consistent with the hymnal I found this true for all 4 hymns used this morning The keys are not consistent with the hymnal which could cause problems if you are playing with brass Extra rests are present in the score I assume from inputting music in layers within a music notation software Stem directions are inconsistent and don t show voice leading The first recording of a hymn that I played had a klunker within the first line Finding these problems the first time I used the app I m wondering what more I ll find The promotions promote clear scores not scanned music I think that scanned music might have more accuracy A start but needs attention to detail         Only Okay Duane P

Just purchased this and found that one hymn Are Ye Able cannot be played There might be more hymns with same problem Also the hymns are rcorded in low volume and so even if I have my Ipad in full volume I have difficulty hearing the hymns played when i start singing along I cannot use this with a group singing I also wished that an intro is played first before playing the whole hymn piece which would help the singer s know when to start singing While I like the old hymns included here I also miss the new hymns in the new United Methodist Hymnal like The Hymn of Promise Jesu and many more I encourage the creator od this app to look at the new or latest United Methodist Hymnal             Good but needs improvement Mabistaka

It looks like they took the hymns common to a number of different denominations and have packaged them as separate hymnals For the Methodist Hymnal some of the hymns do not have all the verses and some are in different keys I wish I had known this before buying the app             It is Okay Foxsterb
