As others have noted youre missing the point of why existing Hyundai owners would want your app to schedule required maintenance to find the closest Hyundai dealer to find and act upon TSBs and recalls Smart customer service would offer an email confirmation with a link for crossplatform calendar reminders appointments Then you might add a modest Want to upgrade link Stop upselling existing customers

Great to have this app You can have the cars manuals on hand which is convenient at times But it needs more features The Toyota owners app has some cool thing that I would want to see here For example you can look up your cars by VIN maintenance records that were done at the dealer You can also look up any specific recalls and what not So definitely needs more features but a good app to have if you own a Hyundai More features please Look at the Toyota app

I purchased a 2014 Azera which I love and Hyundai invited me to download this app I did and the 2014 Azera is not even supported Very disappointing Needs Updating
This app no longer works All I get is a error message saying its offline They updated blue link maybe they are updating this app too You will have to call on the phone to make an appointment The App is broken

For many of us scheduling a service of our vehicle is important and should be easy and done as flick within no time in the app itself rather than calling to customer care and waiting on hold for long times but it seems the Hyundai servers are down and the appointment scheduling isnt available They should fix this issue as soon as they read this review Worst app support

Even for those owning a supported vehicle 2011 or later the app still leaves a lot to be desired After the mostly welldesigned splash screens pictured it devolves into little more than a PDF viewer of vehicle manuals and a poor wrapper on their website for scheduling service Is it too much to ask that all of the content be presented in a native iOS interface No PDFs no HTML Of limited usefulness
