My father thought me about affirmations when I was about 8 yrs old These days I think negative thoughts are around our kids more than ever This is easy to understand and a lovely book Ill pass on to my 6 old daughter A beautiful approach to teaching kids about affirmations
Half way through this book my 6 year old daughter said I dont like this it is too weird and I agreed This book teaches affirmations by contrasting them with negative thoughts and I believe this style is too heavy for children The illustrations are great and I do find the affirmations in the book positive but there is an equal amount of negativity due to the pointcounter point style My daughter and I read it once she said she did not like it so I took it off my phone Too much negativity

This app is really handy to have on the iPhone so the kids can read it in the car on the way to school The language is really sensible and easy for them to grasp which makes it easy to apply during the day So worth it Kids need a selfesteem boost as well

Originally I thought this may be too young for her But she just keeps reading it I like that she reads it several times a day She can apply the lesson to the days events or recent experiences I think it will stick Repetition My 7 YO loves it
My 9yr old loved it and is really getting into making affirmations I use it too My 12yr old wanted to skip it The illustrations may not be flashy enough for modernday kids craving the gaming experience and interface but once passed the first few screens the message really rings true and theyre hooked The power of affirmations cannot be taught too early so really useful and a great way of explaining the power of thoughts to kids quickly yet effective Great app

My 3yearold niece loves hearing Louise read this to her She is completely engaged for the whole book which is rather long for a 3yearold She now understands affirmations and the concepts of the story She talks about them with me on her own I think thats wonderful My mom grandma I also love this book The artwork is beautiful and Louise is a great reader Great for kids kids at heart
Talk enjoying this app It is not just super for kids to learn but for anyone to do some contemplation some live and soul searching in their life and I just did the affirmations exercise it is very practice for daily use Kudos to the makers Such a lovable cute app
