After downloading the program the program dosent start at all Got stuck Keep selecting the icon nothing happen Program dosent start

I just downloaded the app to my iPad2 I tap the app icon There is a very brief opening of the program less than 1 second Then it shuts down Until this is corrected iPad2 users save you money Will not run on iPad2
