My sound quality was great and it's pretty easy to use.
Fringes call quality is horriblle as thier customer service.
But call quality is very poor.
Five star when they add speaker phone and bluetooth support.
Still needs speaker phone but has great free calls.
I love it I also saved $800 a year thanks icall.

I downloaded this app to make calls over WiFi I linked it to my Facebook account purchased a 999 calling credit which was deducted from my iTunes account and absolutely nothing worked for me App crashed or would get stuck on a page saying I still needed to setup my account or purchase time which I already did both So frustrating Dont do it
I needed a VOIP app so that I can call my son and am not quite ready yet to get his phone turned on so I started doing some research iCall was ranked 2 out of all of the VOIP calling apps and the App Store showed it as free with no inapp purchases Not true After signing up and verifying my email address I was asked to buy a number Theres no other way to make calls on this app and you have to load a credit card to activate your Balance though I dont know what the money is used for The scam aspect of the App Store is getting frustrating If something says its free then it should be Not really free

I gave it a try a few month ago and bought 5 of credit The calls quality was never good so I went back to other apps like Skype or Google Voice I just downloaded the latest version of iCall and wanted to give it another try but I see that they disconnected my account and my 5 disappeared Just a waste dont go through the trouble dont use the app Just a waste
1 I download 2 I click on this app 3 Goes straight to Account limit exceeded Why I never signed up for this in my life Why does this diagnosticusage for this app show activity from this software on my iPhone Goes straight to failure

Like many on here I purchased one month of unlimited calling over wifi for 1499 As soon as I purchased the credits my account said it was expired and then offered to let me purchase the exact same plan No customer support as well There are far better apps out there do not fall for this scam Took my money no customer support

I use iCall for my independent business so I dont have to give out my personal mobile number to clients I choose iCall because it does not hijack my personal phone service or voicemail like google voice does Great secondary phone service
