As a new collector this is a fast easy reference They need to add some coins like silver dollars and the date wheel could be a bit more touch friendly All and all very nice              Great Ap

I use iCoin extensively and am very pleased with its use and performance as a reference and as a database of my owned coins and my wish list of coins needed I can easily cross reference this info during auctions and coin club meetings to confidently and quickly make sound desicions before making a purchase iCoin support is prompt friendly and thorough 5 stars                 ICoin is a fantastic App

This is a great app for cataloguing your coin collection and organizing your want list I love everything about it except that it crashes A LOT It crashes whenever I exit my owned listwhenever I try to export my listsometimes when I go between other functions of the program Also the date wheels and selection buttons sometimes stop responding for a while then catch up all at once I am hoping the programmer can fix these problems or let me know what in my iPhone 4 setup might contribute to them This is a super app and I want to use it extensively           Great App for collectors if it didn

The app has great potential but a few additional feature would make this app five stars When I add coins it takes a while because you have to type on the date If you could just scroll through all the dates it would make it a lot easier And there should be a check list to quicly look at what coins you need to fill a book Those Changes would make this a five star app              Great start could use a little work

The app description does a pretty good job of detailing the features It does have most coins issued for circulation including twocent pieces half dimes etc proof coins and even proof sets but I wish it had the quarter silver proofs that have been issued since the 90s The coin illustrations are useful but they are just illustrations not pictures I recommend getting the free PCGS Photograde app tons of high quality pictures of lots of coins to accompany this app The Owned list is nice to keep track of what coins you have It sorts by year and then by what order you added them so make sure to add your coins in the order you want to see them within each year The Wanted list is also great and when you purchase something on your want list you can click a button to move it to the Owned list It gives you the option to select what grade your coin is and most of the grades include illustrations to help you determine the grade The grades are presented with a row of easy to use buttons but this ends up limiting your options The most grades Ive seen on any one coin were nine and that one topped out at MS 65 The state quarters only have two options MS 63 and MS 65 I wish there were a custom option to set the grade to a specific number This isnt the prettiest app Ive purchased but its clear the app was made by people who know their coins I highly recommend it              Pretty Good Is As Advertised

Updating every now and then based on rising precious metals pricing might be nice How can any 1 ounce Silver American Eagle be worth on 21 with price of silver over 40 You just did an update a few weeks ago Why disnt you update prices              Good but

Number pad on free version is much easier to input dates than spinning number wheels in paid version especially for dates in the 90s otherwise a great app              Spinning Wheels

its worth it i graded almost all my coins using this the only thing is there needs to be more pictures for the higher grades MS62 MS63 MS64 etc              Great app only one ive used of its kind

Just spent 10 to get a full database of coins but realized in minute that there are no varieties I wanted to add 1817 large cent with 15 stars to my list Easy to use for what it has for the most part Would be 5 stars even with the flaw if it was free 4 stars if it was a buck        No varieties

I was hoping am update would have cleaned some of this apps flaws up but it just made it worse You have to be kidding me with this interface I couldnt make it more cumbersome if I tried     This is really bad LOL

yes it is still missing some coins such as the Boyacout of America 2010 coin other than that the app is amazing              needs more coins

This app is supposed to be able to catalogue your coins but it might only go to MS60 for an MS65 coin or it might offer MS63 for a MS62 coin What value is that     It has limited grading for cataloguing

I bought this and put it on my iTouch and then whent to a coin show in Richmond VA It was a great tool to use with some of the dealers wild prices I was able to barter successfully I also took it to a local dealer and we used it against some of his coins and it gave the dealer a new lease on life I have compared it to the Newsmatic Monthly price guide and 99 of the coins I testes were on the mark Does not have bullion but thats too crazy anyway Must get app for beginners and dealers alike                 Great for Coin Shows

The app is good however many coins do not provide options above MS65 when in fact I own an MS70 by PCGS or NGC Also cannot input your own value on some coins Otherwise nice app           Grades

I am so tired of wasting money on apps that do not do what they appear to do I buy only graded coins and this app does not allow you to put in your own grade therefore not giving the proper coin value I want a refund     Junk app

The grading guide with related pics is very usefu the best Ive seen so far but the app keeps shutting off after I look at 3 4 coins It gets annoying having to continually reopen the app after every couple of searches I hope this bug is fixed soon           Great app but it has glitches

This app is great I just finished doing an inventory on all of my coins excluding the thousands of wheat and Indian head pennies in my collection Thus app is superb for anybody who is really into collecting coins I only have a few minor complaints about it It does have a crashing problem but it that bad because I have yet to loose any data due to a crash however it is still a bit of a pain Some of the coin values are way too high or too low this isnt that big of a deal though I wish he would add paper money too because I also have some paper money that I would like to inventory Overall this is a great app and I look forward to any future updates Now all I have to do is go through thousands of pennies Perhaps they will add a quantity feature to make it a little bit easier on me              Nice

This was a really nice app that I used to keep track of the things I owned and wanted I was on the app daily Then within the last couple of months an update came down and the app stopped working No more owned and wanted lists which is the only reason to own this app Ive tried to talk to the developer but I suspect that this has become a Hobby app and that the developer has moved on to other things What a shame This was a nice app     What a Shame

It works good in all ways its supost to But it closes after entering 3 coins everytime Just randomly And sometimes the buttons disappear for a while But if they fix that it would be a Amazing           Good but need patience

The app seems ok the one thing I noticed first off was that after I save a coin I cant seem to see the coin again Only the description is that right Can ne one help me on that And can I upgrade Is it worth it Or do I have to buy the whole program for 1999 oop is that a different app My bad              Just got and trying out

First the problems that have been listed in other reviews have been fixed with the latest update There is only a few little things that I might add Even without these updates the APP runs great Dont be fooled by the cheaper APP This is the only real coin collecters APP out there If you want to count your state quarters buy the cheaper APP but if you need more then this is the thing for you                 Thank the APP Gods

This is a very useful app but it needs some improvements First of all the app crashes when I try to delete owned coins Second pressing the update button does not do anything Instead the coin values for 2009 remain in place Overall however this app is very helpful           Pretty good

Entering coin dates with thumb wheel very slow Would like to be able to edit coin grade once its in a list You have to add a coin with the new data and delete the old one All in all could be more user friendly A field to enter a note about a particular coin would be helpful           Good but could be better

Ive been collecting coins for almost a decade now and I wish I had something like this when I started It does crash once and a while but overall it is a really useful app if you have a large collection that is too difficult to categorize and price coin by coin looking through the Redbook Defiantly recommended                 Very Useful App

When I puchased this app I saw including current coinage but could not find any gold or platinum coins after 1932 These are tomorrows collectibles today Please include in future updates Otherwise a fine app           Lacking a number of coins

The coin grading portion of this app is outstanding but the collection tracking portion is so limited by the database that I cannot use it for my collection This is very disappointing The database is limited to the authors opinion of what is a collectable variety The ability to create our own database records would transform this app into a great app           Icoins

This is a terrific tool I have close to 500 coins entered and have never had my collection so organized In addition to being able to have all this data in your pocket you are able to quickly create a sortable file that can be just dropped into any spreadsheet ie Excel and have a hard copy within a minute Support is quick and friendly I also have another useful app from this developeriCah                 Very useful application

The app crashes when you try to look at the owned or want list which is the major feature I wanted The app is not very polished When you add a coin to the owned list the default add date is Jan 1900 So if you want to change the date you have scroll the year field over 100 years to get to the current date It should default to the current month and year It does have photos for the different grades for each of the coins but its not worth the price     App crashes

For 999 the most money I have spent on ANY application in the AppStore while I like that you can inventory your collection I do not like the feature which automatically assigns the Grade and the 110 scale Not all coin grades use the same grading scale An example of this is NGC My graded NGC coins do not correspond with your grading defaults and it is frustrating For 999 we should be able to assign our own grading and disable the value feature I know what my collection is worth and I would like it to be reflected accurately in the application If I saw how it worked prior to spending this money I would NOT purchase it When are you updating next release and what changes are coming Look forward to seeing them Thanks        Unable to Choose Grade

This is the worst interface Ive found in a coin collecting application How do you think somebody could track a collection using year selectors You should additional programming training collect coins yourself or just find something else to do I want a full refund now     Worst interface ever
