Website wasn t any better days of ticket service down when trying to make reservation Took a diff browser diff credit card and diff garage to work When trying to pick up car spent 20 min and still didn t show as paid Only reason I got my car back was that attendant didn t want to make me wait so long so late at night Also was told when I was having issues tech team would look into it and get back to me gave info 2 days later and nothing Also I ll mention the nearly 30 pending charges on my credit card from I think when I was trying to make a reservation which hopefully won t turn to paid     Terrible experience with new app Nywebman

I ve only used this once and it was so horrible I m deleting immediately We booked a spot in NYC Times Square arrived on time and got on line behind other cars waiting to get in After 15 minutes we asked if we should be waiting since we had a reservation They told us everyone had a reservation we needed to wait We waited another 15 minutes No one had moved The attendant then admitted that they have no spots and booking doesn t actually mean anything We left now late and furious Never again I just hope I can get my money back     Stunningly Deceptive oopa

I was switched to this app and it clearly does not work correctly it continually tells me the coupon has already been saved and then it has cost me paying full price on three different occasions It s so frustrating I am getting to the point where I will just refuse to park in any garage that uses this application     Horrible Functionality jdcohen0

On my iPhone 5S with iOS 8 Icon app even though it s been updated won t stay open Keeps crashing On iPad 1 also upgraded to iOS 8 with new Icon download I can t enter a destination and the time arrive depart window appears so far at bottom of screen it won t let me select PM as an option only AM     Several problems BruceTheBlog

In a city like NY parking is a premium The company has lots all over Manhattan and by using this app one can easily find a location wherever your destination for a reasonable price App works very nicely you email the coupon code and just show your phone and I suspect the negative reviews are folks who immediately needed it and didn t plan ahead and were thus finding it inconvenient If you live or travel to NYC by auto for various events get this app I would add garage address to subject line for email as an update helpful when mailing several coupons for choice                     A Beauty of a saver mattybee1

This app gave us a terrible experience If you don t get a coupon 30 minutes before you want your car they make you wait 30 minutes or pay an extra 30 dollars I think they are hoping people just can t wait for the car and are forced to pay the extra 30     Terrible Business Adam Meliski

The email function does not work And if you try and produce the coupon less than 30 minutes prior to picking up your car because the email failed no coupon is available None of this is stated on the app There is no support from customer service Choose another lot When I had a problem at Central Parking they were able to guide me on how to fix the issue     Don t depend on this app TennisMichele

Its helpful if all you need is a simple garage finder and standard rates However the coupon feature is a joke The coupon rates available from app are much higher than if you went directly to icon s website and printed them out For example app had coupon at 24 but website coupon was 12 at the west 28th street location             What happened to coupons Sariflower

Parking in NYC can be time consuming and expensive This app has made my life much easier by finding me the closest location to my destination and proving me the cost in advance This new version even allows me to use coupons directly from my IPhone without needing to print them in advance                     Saves time and money NYCJPR
