very easy to use and i am using it from last one year small bug in it for custom icons you need to change the size value for it to work change 512 to 511 and back to 512 then it works Improvement Please add function to create 144 px iPad icons                     Nice tool mcr81

Running 10 7 3 and this app does not correctly receive the dimensions of image files Photoshop confirms the images to be 512x512 but the app says 116px and there is no solution I have tried every supported file type Save your money     Does not work thereoncewasamanfromnantucket

Icon s express is a great addition to any developer s toolbox It s small lightweight and it s unique interface is easy to navigate It s help me improve the look of my icons and easily generate and name the files that are plug and play Great job it s apps like these that make the app store such a great thing I can t understand the whiners and low raters If you want something that does more or something else Search harder there are plenty of options No need to slam a dev who worked hard to deliver a great app                     Great small app Works as advertised Vidkidd

You can t save When you press Export it takes you to a Open window not a save option Dumb dumb dumb     NO GOOD Vikrants

When I downloaded this I didn t expect much maybe it would not work or maybe it would be so complicated that I couldn t use it Neither It worked perfectly it was easy to use did everything right and there was basically no confusion of how it worked In response to what Marc Steinberg said iOS apps are not the only use of these icons In response to what Gilbert Heroux said of course it s a demo because it says FOR A LIMITED TIME on the top You save by hitting the export button in the top right corner of the window and choosing a location The confusion must have been caused by the window saying open instead of save which should probably be fixed in the next update Another useful fix would be having it automatically resize an image to 512x512 when the image is dragged on but I have no qualms about the current system Anyway thanks for making this great app This was impressive and I plan to use it a lot                     Really cool app thanks Empoc Kara Fischer

I m not sure I d use it for my production icons as I d rather make sure the original art scales well But it s a great way to generate an initial set of icons or to generate a set of icons for a development version of the app                     Works great chrispix

Great app I was looking everywhere for a simple and useful icon making utility Before this app I would have to export for each format and rename the icons Doesnt seem like a lot until you want to change or tweek an icon then this app is invaluable Also useful for previewing what the icons will look like before you deplay the application WELL DONE Its also FREE I will be looking at more apps from this developer Thanks Again                     Perfect for Mobile Developers Trembus

Great time saver for free but it has a few bugs especially when creating custom icons after creating iOS set I personally use Apple s Icon Composer for desktop icons so custom is not much use anyway and resizing a 512px image down in PS is no big deal to begin with It created working iOS icons at the proper sizes and that s all I need so thanks devs for a free and useful tool             Needs a little work Mohawke

The easist way I ve found to create iOS icons that have baked in rounded corners and gloss effect I d pay for this app especially if it did the following allow pasting in the image allow cropping and or resizing the image                 Easiest way I ZenOfApps

While the functions it claims to have are there it leaves a lot to be desired Beyond sizing an image file and regergitating out pngs there isnt much else Plus the sizing algo is crude and support for desktop icons seems like an after thought as it won t output custom icons without including another catagorey as well Not sure who this is for as XCode will add the glass and rounded corners for you if you re making iOS apps Meh         Meh abovethecloudz
