DO NOT waste your money or time on this App I spent HOURS working on a year of photos in review only to have my last 3 of 7 hours of work magically disappear despite my carefully saving my work every 10 15 minutes     Spent Hours to lose all my work flbeachbailey

Ok let me start by saying that am an IT SR Director in sofware development for a fortune 12 company Short version of this review is I wasted 10 dont do the same as I did Longer version I spent 2 hours creating the perfect slideshow with 3 songs and 200 pictures I went to export the file and it locked up losing all of my work So this is going to raise a couple of quesitons in your mind 1 did you save the work Answer is no so that part I own but no app should lock up period 2 why did it take 2 hours For two main reasons a the user interface is very manual You cannot apply effects to more than one slide at a time nor can you apply the same settings to more than one slide at a time such as period of time per slide or effect b There is no preset way to sort your slides like perhaps the simplest by date and time unreal After recreating part of the slideshow again and it locking up 3 more times I have quit Now I m finding iPhoto s slideshow to be good enough I WANT MY MONEY BACK     no way this is more than 2 stars iron city

I had to use this software to create a slide show and much to my dismay this application was extremely manual No group selection that I could find no variable sizes of thumbnail previews that I could find made for long and frustrating placement of images in sequence I think the most frustrating was being able to apply change by group selection You have to move each image one at a time to reorder you can t apply transitions to a group you have to change slide duration one slide at a time etc The pro s is that it worked unlike iDVD which doesn t work anymore but that is really all the pros I can write about at this             It did what I needed it to do albeit very non intuitively Rasclatt

It is very easy to load pictures from iPhoto and music from iTunes to create a slideshow My biggest issue is that it freezes up a lot and I can t get it to close unless I force a restart on my computer That is disappointing as I lose all my work that wasn t saved I try to save very often now and just hope it doesn t freeze up on me             Easy to use but locks up way to much Joshfan10

Tried using with iFunia Photo Slide Show with neatly 1000 slides but wasn t able to finish the task Special effects have to be added picture by picture very tedious and adding editing captions is a mysterious art Once you enter a caption you can t move it If you change the font or text size good luck Photo Theater has much better and easier to use customizing tools except for the constant crashing and freezing After completing my project I tried to burn it to disk which took two hours before my computer froze and warned me to quit the application I have 1TB HDD and 16GB RAM         More robust than most applications Ginkosama
